Claims (1)
- 吸込口と排出口間の空気通路をバルブにより開
閉するようにしたソレノイドバルブにおいて、該
空気通路の前記バルブ側と対向する側のハウジン
グ壁面に対面して設けられた弾性膜体で該空気通
路を仕切り、該弾性膜体とハウジング壁面との間
に空気室を形成したことを特徴とするソレノイド
バルブ。
