はダイヤフラム、１０は電磁石、２０は閉止用弁
座、２１はガバナ用弁座、２４は磁性体、２５は
弾性部材、２６は鉄心である。
２図は従来の圧力調整装置を示す断面図である。

Claims (1)
- 流体入口と、この流体入口と連通する流体出口
と、上記流体入口と上記流体出口の間に順次設け
られた閉止用弁座およびガバナ用弁座と、この閉
止用弁座とガバナ用弁座の間に配置された弁体と
、この弁体を固着し、流体圧力を受けるダイヤフ
ラムと、このダイヤフラムに固着された磁性体と
、この磁性体と対向する鉄心を有する電磁石と、
上記弁座を上記閉止用弁座側に押圧するよう設け
られた弾性部材とを備えて成る圧力調整装置。
