Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ガス圧と背圧力との力関係で変位するダイヤ
    フラムと、これに連動するように連結されたガス
    流出口の弁口を開閉制御する主弁と、この主弁を
    磁石の吸引力又は反発力により弁口を開閉させる
    ように隔板を介して固定した磁力発生体、及び前
    記磁力発生体と隔板との間に前記磁力発生体より
    の磁力を磁極偏向又は遮蔽するように設けた摺動
    自在な遮蔽板とよりなるダイヤフラム式流体弁装
    置。 ２ 前記磁力発生体に隔板を介して対向するよう
    に主弁と一体に永久磁石又は磁性鉄心からなる吸
    着体を設けた前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載のダイヤフラム式流体弁装置。
