施例を示す平面図および断面図である。 図中、１は弁箱、２はガス入口、３はガス出口、４は接
続パイプ、５はノズル、６は弁座、７は弁体、８は二次
圧室、９はダイヤフラム、１０は永久磁石、１１は電磁
石、１２は鉄心、１３は弾性体室である。 なお、図中の同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）弁座を有する弁箱にダイヤフラムと連接してなる
    弁体を収容し、電磁石により前記弁体を駆動して前記弁
    体と弁座の間の開口部の開度を比例的に調整する比例制
    御弁において、前記弁体および弁座とで前記弁箱に形盛
    される二次圧室に、一端が前記二次圧室と連通し、、他
    端が閉じちれる弾性体室を設けたことを特徴とする比例
    制御弁。
  2. （２）弾性体室は、弾性力を有するゴム状体を使用して
    形成されたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    （１）項記載の比例制御弁。
  3. （３）弾性体室は、ベローズ状に形成したことを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の比例制御
    弁。
