Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ダイヤフラムと連接してなる弁体を有し、この弁
    体と弁座の間の開口部を電磁石により比例的に調整する
    ようにしたガス流量比例制御弁において、上記ダイヤフ
    ラムには同心円状に波形断面部を設けたことを特徴とす
    るガス燃焼器具−等の比例制御弁。
  2. （２）上記ダイヤフラムに同心円状に設けた波形断面部
    は、ダイヤ）ラムの有効部分全面、又は一部、あるいは
    複数箇所に設けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載のガス燃焼器具等の比例制御弁。
