Claims (1)
- ソレノイドの作用にてバルブを開閉弁操作する
電磁弁において、バルブ内にばね圧下にてサブバ
ルブを摺動可能に嵌挿し、このバルブを嵌挿支持
したプラグ内にサブバルブ背面と対向し大気と通
ずる通路を形成した突起を設けると共に、閉弁時
真空ポンプ側通路の真空を破壊する通路をバルブ
７に形成した真空用電磁弁。
