Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 真空圧ポート、出力ポート及び空気ポートを有
し、上記出力ポートを真空圧ポートまたは空気ポ
ートに切換え連通させるようにした真空弁におい
て、 弁ボデイに、真空圧ポート及び出力ポートと、
両ポートを連通させる通路とを設けるとともに、
その通路中に第１弁座を、この第１弁座と対向さ
せて出力ポートと空気ポートとの間に位置する第
２弁座とを設け、 弁ボデイ内の弁棒孔に摺動自在に挿入した弁棒
には、その周囲に第２弁座側の圧力作用面積を他
方側よりも小にしたパイロツト作用室を形成する
とともに、第１弁座と第２弁座とを選択的に開閉
する弁部材、及び出力ポートを第２弁座を通じて
弁棒内の通孔により外部に連通させる空気ポート
を備えた、 ことを特徴とするポペツト型真空弁。
