Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 直流ドツトマトリツクスデジタルデイスプ
    レイ装置であつて、 平担な上面と、頂縁と、底縁と、第1及び第2
    の対向する側縁とを有する誘電性基板と、 該基板の上面に互いに間隔を有して設けられて
    いる複数の細長い陰極片と、 上面及び下面を有する透明な上板と、 上維の下面に、互いに間隔を有して平行に固着
    され、前記陰極片と直角を向いていることにより
    、陰極片との間の接合点が、ドツトマトリツクス
    を成すようになつている複数の透明な細長い陽極
    片と、 陰極片を覆うようにプリントされ、陽極片と陰
    極片の間の接合点からなる形成されたドツトマト
    リツクスと合致する孔のマトリツクスをその間に
    有する単一のプリント誘電層と、 上板を基板へ互いに間隔を設けて接合して、上
    板と基板の間に密閉された空室が形成されるよう
    に、上板の周辺部分に設けられたシール手段と、 密閉された空室内に満たされているイオン化ガ
    スと 陰極片を作動させる陰極作動装置とから成り、 陽極片がイオン化ガスに直接接触しており、 陰極片が、単一の誘電層内の孔のマトリツクス
    を経てイオン化ガスに直接に触れており、 イオン化ガスが空室を経て自由に移動し得るよ
    うに、陽極片は陰極片及び誘電層より上方に空間
    を隔てて設けられており、 陽極片は、互いに平行に設けられており、その
    間のバリアーには接地しておらず、 シール手段は、2.54mm(0.010インチ
    )乃至7.62mm(0.030インチ)の厚さを
    有する空室の壁を形成しており、 イオン化ガスは、空室内に、150mmHg乃至
    700mmHgの気圧の下に存在していることを特
    徴とする直流ドツトマトリツクスデジタルデイス
    プレイ装置。 (2) 陽極片は、透明な酸化すずよりなり、陰極
    片より短いことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第(1)項に記載の直流ドツトマトリツクスデ
    ジタルデイスプレイ装置。
