  1. （１）同一の磁器基板に複数の個別電極とこの個別・　
    　電極に共通に対向する共通電極とを有し、前記個別電
    極は前記磁器基板の内部に埋設したことを特徴とするコ
    ンデンサ素子。　５
  2. （２）前記個別電極及び共通電極は、前記磁器基板の厚
    み方向の両面側に一対づつ設けたことを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のコンデンサ素子。
