示す斜視図、第２図は同多層電極基板を用いて構
成した液晶表示素子を示す断面図である。 図中、１１はガラス基板、１２，１２ａ，１２
ｂはアンダーコート層、１３，１３ａ，１３ｂは
第一の電極膜、１４は絶縁膜、１５，１５ａ，１
５ｂは第二の電極膜、１６ａ，１６ｂは配向膜、
１７はシール材、１８は第一の電極膜の端子部、
１９は第二の電極膜の端子部、２０は液晶、Ａは
表示電極基板、Ｂは対向電極基板である。

- 絶縁性基板上に複数層の電極膜が絶縁膜を介し
て形成されており、少なくとも最下層の電極膜以
外の電極膜は導電膜形成用ペーストをスクリーン
印刷し焼成することにより形成されていることを
特徴とする多層電極基板。
