Claims (1)
- ヒータブロツク上に加熱板を取付け、その上に
半導体基板を載置して気相成長処理を行なう気相
成長装置において、上記加熱板の上記半導体基板
の載置部に対応して少なくとも１つの空気抜き用
の孔を設け、この空気抜き用の孔に真空引き手段
を接続したことを特徴とする気相成長装置。
