Claims (1)
- 発振回路と、該発振回路の発振出力を入力し所
定の基板バイアス電圧を出力するチヤージポンプ
回路とを備えた基板バイアス発生回路に於いて、
前記チヤージホンプ回路から出力された基板バイ
アス電圧と設定電圧との大小を検出する電圧検出
回路と、前記基板バイアス電圧の出力端と所定電
圧との間に直列接続された少なくとも１個のＭＯ
ＳＦＥＴから成るリークパス回路とを設け、前記
電圧検出回路の出力を前記ＭＯＳＦＥＴの１個の
ゲートに印加し前記ＭＯＳＦＥＴを制御すること
を特徴とする基板バイアス発生回路。
