Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 筒状体の少なくとも一方の端部から出入自在
    に突出しかつ弾性力により突出方向に付勢される
    ピンを備えたコンタクトプローブを用いるプロー
    ブ装置において、円筒状の穴を有しかつ絶縁体を
    介して前記穴の軸心位置に前記コンタクトプロー
    ブを中心導体として保持する導電性ハウジングと
    、該導電性ハウジングに接触すべく配置された導
    電材料から成る弾性部材とを備え、前記コンタク
    トプローブにより一方の電流通路を、前記電導性
    ハウジング及び前記弾性部材により他方の電流通
    路を形成してなることを特徴とするプローブ装置
    。 ２ 前記弾性部材、金属製の帯状部と該帯状部か
    ら一体的に延設形成された複数の接触片とから成
    るものであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項に記載のプロープ装置。
