図において、１は基板、２は導体第１層パター
ン、３はチツプ部品実装パツドパターン、４は抵
抗値測定用パツドパターン、５，１１は絶縁ガラ
スパターン、６は導体第２層回路パターン、７は
厚膜抵抗パターン、８はトリミング溝、９は測定
端子、１０はチツプ部品、１２は導体第２層電極
パターンである。なお、各図中同一符号は同一又
は相当部分を示す。
