Claims (1)
- 真空排気系の開口部に近接して設けられ、前記
開口部の全開、全閉両位置間を、往復動する弁板
保持枠と、この弁板保持枠に、前記往復動方向と
直交する方向に摺動自在に保持された弁板と、前
記弁板保持枠に装着され、前記弁板を前記直交す
る方向に作動させる駆動機構とを備えてなる真空
用仕切弁。
