Claims (1)
- 基端に真空ホースを連結したベンチユリー本体
内部の空胴部に先端より連通するノズルを突設し
、真空ホースからの吸引でノズルより噴流する空
気流の負圧効果で、空胴部内周に本体外周と連通
させた吸引孔より外気を吸引可能に設け、この本
体に前記真空ホースの吸引で吸着する吸盤を取付
けた支持筒を、所要巾気密状態で摺動自在に被嵌
し、その支持筒内周面をシリンダーに、本体外周
をピストンにして構成される空間部を前記本体外
周の吸引孔に連通し、真空ホースの吸引時、前記
空間部を支持筒の作動摺動巾として吸盤位置を自
動調整することを特徴とする吸盤装置。
