Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 ばね力下でその出発位置に保持されているピ
ストン弁を備え、このピストン弁が供給側から出
発している盲孔を有し、この盲孔からピストン弁
の円筒形の周面に対して半径方向に流出孔が出て
おり、この流出口が円筒形の拡開部でもつて周面
方向に終つているかもしくはその孔縁部が折曲げ
られており、かつ流動方向で半径方向の流出孔の
後方で上記ピストン弁のための円筒形の案内面内
の環状溝内に設けられていてかつこのピストン弁
を封隙するように囲繞しているO−リングとを備
えた、交換可能な超過圧力パトローネの様式をし
た、圧力液体である油−水型エマルジヨンのため
の200〜600バールの圧力範囲で働らく鉱業
用の坑内液力支柱用の超過圧弁において、ピスト
ン弁8の円筒形の外面13が約1μm以下のねじ
山の高さを持ち、O−リング15が耐加水分解性
の、耐摩耗性のおよび仕上げ加工されたシヨア硬
度約90シヨアAおよび約20%のゴム弾性のゴ
ムから成り、このO−リング15のリング太さb
がピストン弁8の半径方向の流出開口12の直径
fの少くなくともほぼ2倍の大きさに、かつO−
リング15の直径がピストン弁8の直径よりもほ
んの僅か短かく構成したこと、環状間隙の環状溝
14の端部から当接面16までの長さaがO−リ
ング15のリング太さbよりも著しく大きくない
こと、当接面16の内径が環状溝14の中央直径
より大きく形成されており、かつばね6によつて
得られる閉鎖力17が環状溝14の中央の直径c
の外側でピストン弁8の頭部のための当接面16
に作用するように構成したことおよびピストン弁
8の頭部9の当接面16の外径dが環状溝14の
直径eよりも大きいことを特徴とする、超過圧弁
。 2 円筒形の流出孔12がピストン弁8の円筒形
の外面13に開口している領域において滑らかに
研磨処理されていることを特徴とする、前記実用
新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の超過圧弁。 3 案内部分4の孔とピストン弁8との間に形成
される間隙が流動方向19で見てO−リングの後
方において流動方向で約0.03〜0.04mmの
厚みを持つていることを特徴とする、前記実用新
案登録請求の範囲第1項或いは第2項に記載の超
過圧弁。
