【発明の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は゛浴融シリカ球状体を含有してなる化粧料、さ
らに詳記すれはプレストパウダー（固形の粉おしろい）
ステイクファ／デーショ／、の如きメークアップ化Ｍ科
に関する。

従来から、粒径が０．５〜３０μｍのシリカゾルを配合
した化粧料が提案されている（特開昭５６−６８６０４
号公報）。

しかし、これはきわめて表面活性の強（・シリカゾルを
用いている為に、これなぞのまま゛皮屑の表面に塗布す
ると、皮屑表面の反脂が脱脂したり、水分が脱水したり
して肌をかざつかせ皮膚生理上好ましくない。また粒子
が球状であるために肌との接触面積が小さく、その感触
は良好であるが、化粧くずれがし易い。まｒこ、これを
圧扁、成形して固型の化粧料等にすると、その成型品の
強度が小さくこわれ易いなどの欠点がある。
用いている為に、これなぞのまま゛皮屑の表面に塗布す
ると、皮屑表面の反脂が脱脂したり、水分が脱水したり
して肌をかざつかせ皮膚生理上好ましくない。また粒子
が球状であるために肌との接触面積が小さく、その感触
は良好であるが、化粧くずれがし易い。まｒこ、これを
圧扁、成形して固型の化粧料等にすると、その成型品の
強度が小さくこわれ易いなどの欠点がある。
本発明は前記の欠点を解決したもので、肌に滑らかで、
しかも伸びがよく皮膚生理上好都合であり、かつ化粧く
ずれが少く成型時の強度に潰れた化粧料を提供すること
を目的とする。

本発明は、最大粒径が４４μＩｌｔ以下で、しかも１μ
風以下のものが０．０５〜１０Ｘｔ％である溶融シリカ
球状体を含有させたことを特徴とする化粧料である。以
下さらに本発明の詳細な説明する。

本発明の化粧料は最大粒径が４４μｍ以下で、しかも１

カ球状体を含有してなるものであるが、粒径が４４μｍ
を超えるものはスティックファンデー７ヨ／、プレスト
パウダー等に用いたとき皮膚に対する伸びや滑り感ある
いは化粧放形品の強度が低下するので好ましくない。ま
た、 １μｍ以下のものが０．０５〜１０重ｔチと限定
した理由は１０ｆｔ％な超えると、流動パラフィン、ラ
ノリ／、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、防腐剤、着色剤お
よび香料などの材料と混１合し、これケ成型品とする際
に、粘晟゛が増ａｎし成型が困難となり、皮膚に対する
滑りや伸びが悪くなる傾向が総められるし、０．０５血
墓チ未満では化粧くずれしやすく、まｒＳ底型時の強度
が向上しないので好ましくない。

また、この球状率は−が人間の肌のＰ）′Ｉ（４，８〜

理上優れているので好ましい材料である。

本発明の化粧料？製造するには前記した各種材料と＃定
の粒度の＠融７リカ球状体とを７ＪＯ熱下溶解混合し、
この混合物を合冊にプレス成型丁ればよい。また、浴融

び用途によって多少変るが、一般的には１〜５０重！Ｄ

１浴融／リ力球状内の製造方法″（特開昭５８−１４５
６１３号公報）の方法で製造した第１表に示す溶融シリ
カ球状体（％゛気化学工業（株）製）な第２衣に示す割
合で配合し、温度７０℃に加熱混合した。次にこのｍ合
物を合冊にプレス成型し固型の粉えしろ゛いとした。次
に上記方法で得た固型の粉おしろいを１５名の女性に試
用させ、その伸展性及び付Ｎ注について感能、１１験な
行った。その結果な第３表に示す。
