Claims (1)
- コレクタを電源側、エミツタを負荷側に接続さ
れ、直流に整流された電圧が所定値になるように
制御する制御用トランジスタと、該トランジスタ
のコレクタ・エミツタ間に並列に接続されたバイ
パス抵抗とを有するシリーズレギユレータ形の電
源回路において、上記制御用トランジスタのエミ
ツタと、該エミツタと上記バイパス抵抗との接続
点との間に、ダイオードを、そのアノードが該エ
ミツタに、そのカソードが上記バイパス抵抗の負
荷側端子に接続されるよう設けてなる電源回路。
