For this reason, for labels and interior materials, hot stamping is performed on metal foil or vapor-deposited film to express the desired design, and in some cases, embossing is also applied, but these hot stamping and embossing processes are rarely used. Currently, the process is performed individually on sheets cut to a predetermined size, and it is not only extremely difficult to perform the above processing on large sheets that exceed the bone size, but also reduces productivity. This leads to high product costs.

。The present invention relates to a sheet product in which various designs are formed on the metal foil surface of a roll-wound long sheet as well as a large sheet by a transfer vapor deposition film, and a method for manufacturing the same. By printing a pattern with a thermoplastic resin on one side of the foil, the thermoplastic resin is applied only to the pattern area, and then the vapor-deposited side of the metal-deposited film is bonded by thermocompression to the pattern area using a modeling agent. The film is characterized in that the vapor deposited film on the film is transferred only to the patterned area, and then a transparent synthetic resin is coated.

A HF face, that is, a pattern film of thermoplastic synthetic resin (2) is formed, and then the vapor-deposited side of the film, on which a release agent has been applied in advance and a metal vapor-deposited film is formed thereon, is thermocompression bonded to the pattern area. After transferring the vapor-deposited film of FILM-HI only to the pattern area, the film is peeled off and the metal vapor-deposited film (3

た。Example 2 A pattern was printed on a 100μ thick aluminum foil (1) using a thermoplastic synthetic resin (2), such as MPHS Fes (manufactured by Toyo Ink), in the same manner as in Example 1, and then the pattern portion was printed using a vapor deposited film transfer process. An Aluo vapor deposited film (3) with a thickness of 600 to 600 A is formed only on the top, and the surface of the sheet is printed to express a colored pattern (5). A sheet product whose surface was covered with a transparent resin film (4) was obtained by coating the product with a transparent resin film (4). (Fig. 6 Example 3 After bonding aluminum foil (1) with a thickness of 7 μm and thin paper (6) with a basis weight of 35 g/d with vinyl acetate adhesive (7) K, the same procedure as in Example 1 was carried out. A pattern is printed on the aluminum foil (1) using a thermoplastic synthetic resin (2), and then a vapor deposited film (3) with a thickness of 300 to 600 A is formed thereon by a vapor deposition film transfer process, and then a transparent film is formed. A sheet product was obtained by coating the resin film (4) with a synthetic resin liquid.

If K is formed, the vapor deposited film (3) K is formed on the metal foil (1).
The subtle difference in gloss between the metal foil and the vapor-deposited film creates an interesting and innovative color tone, resulting in a sheet product with an elegant pattern, and because it has a transparent synthetic resin film on its surface, the above-mentioned The pattern created by the vapor deposited film (3) is preserved without peeling, and if it is further embossed, the unique luster of the embossing is added, creating an even more elegant design that reveals subtle differences in gloss between the three types: vapor deposited film, metal foil, and emboss. It becomes a sheet product.
