トロコイド歯形内接歯車ポンプのチヤンバを示す
正面断面図、第８図は第６図及び第７図のポンプ
の場合の測定ポイント角度と内部油圧との関係を
示す線図、第９図は第５図の場合より歯車が回転

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. トロコイド歯形オイルポンプにおいて、ドライ
    ブロータとドリブンロータとで形成される密閉空
    間の面積が最大となる状態を基準とし、回転方向
    に沿つて最初にドライブロータとドリブンロータ
    とが接する角度をｌ１とし、回転方向に沿つてド
    ライブロータの２番目の歯底までの角度ｌ２とし
    て、ｌ１＜ｌ＜ｌ２となる範囲でｌを設定し、こ
    の角度ｌ位置から回転方向にチヤンバが始まるよ
    うに吐出チヤンバを設け、前記角度ｌからｌ１方
    向に前記吐出チヤンバに連通する浅い連通溝をポ
    ンプケーシングに形成したことを特徴とするオイ
    ルポンプ。
