- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基盤部に対して回転自在な托架部を回転軸を緊
定操作し、微動操作することにより微動調整する
回転軸微動装置において、 前記托架部に固定され、内周面に雌ネジ部が形
成された中間中空軸体と、 該中間中空軸体の外側に回転自在に装着され、
一端に緊定用操作ツマミが固定された緊定用中空
軸体と、 前記雌ネジ部に螺合する雄ネジ部が形成されて
前記中間中空軸体の内側に前記托架部を揺動回転
するために進退自在に装着され、一端に前記緊定
用操作ツマミと同軸に微動用操作ツマミが固定さ
れた微動用軸体とからなることを特徴とする回転
軸微動装置。
