板製ボデー、2,35はプラスチック層、4,44.4
8は金属板製ボデーのプラスチック層から出た端部、1
0は軸方向スロットを示す。
面図、第2図は同上の成形状態の断面図、第3図から第
8図は夫々固定スリーブの他の実施例の使用状態におけ
る断面図で、図中、1,34,61,71,83は金属
板製ボデー、2,35はプラスチック層、4,44.4
8は金属板製ボデーのプラスチック層から出た端部、1
0は軸方向スロットを示す。
Claims (5)
- (1)軸受、継手、歯車その他の機械要素を軸に固定す
る固定スリーブにおいて、プラスチック層2,35等に
埋込まれるプレス加工された金属板製の少くとも1つの
スロットがあるボデー1,34,61,71,83を備
え、スリーブの片面はテーパを有してセルフロッキング
し、ボデー1,34,61,71,83の軸方向の一端
部4,44.84が成形材料層2,35から突出し、且
つ金属板製ボデ−1, 34,61,71,83は成
形の際にストップとなり、組立て後に摩擦個所を形成す
る膨らみ部5,37を備えている固定スリーブ。 - (2)実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)の固定スリーブに
おいて、金属板製ボデー1, 34, 61,71
,83が孔3,36,66を有する固定スリーブ。 - (3)実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)又は(2)のどれ
か1つの固定スリーブにおいて、金属板製ボデー1,3
4,61,71,83が異なる個所を貫通破断され、少
くとも幾つかの貫通破断個所のラグ67.68が成形の
際のストップを形成するか、または組立後の摩擦個所を
形成している固定スリーブ。 - (4)実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)から(3)迄のど
れか1つ固定スリーブにおいて、金属板製ボデー1,3
4,61,71,83が、その軸方向の一端にねじ84
、組立てリング39,52.62等を備えている固定ス
リーブ。 - (5)実用新案登録請求の範囲{1}の固定スリーブに
おいソ、固定スリーブは相嵌合した二つのスリーブから
なり、両スリーブは相互に対して押上げられる固定スリ
