フルパイプを軸線から傾斜させて取付けることが
あるが、この場合、仕切板のバツフルパイプ貫通
孔のバーリングを斜めにしなければならず、一度
のプレス打抜きではむつかしく、製作に手間がか
かる。又、バツフルパイプの後部を尾管を逃げる
ように曲げ加工したものがあるが、曲り部分の精
度が出し難く製作に手間がかかつて、コスト高に
なる不都合がある。

ルパイプをマフラ外筒の軸芯と平行に取付けるこ
とができて、製作のときの位置合せ、中間仕切板
のバツフルパイプを通す孔のバーリング加工が簡
単にできて、製作に手間がかからず、コストダウ
ンが図れる。そして、バツフルパイプは、太いも
のを用いることができて、消音効果も大きい。こ
のため、バツフルパイプは、細いもの複数に分け
る必要もない。
