Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）皿本体に蓋体を重積して螺子止めすることにより
    、蓋体の中央部！と開口の注湯孔から注入したシリコン
    母材の融液が、回転遠心力により流入されて融液薄層を
    形成し、これを固化することで多結晶シリコンウエハが
    製造される複数個のキャビテイが、上記惨本体と蓋体と
    の間に形成されたものにおいて、皿本体には上記各キャ
    ビテイの流入口端縁から下降する余剰融液落流用の凹所
    を形成してなる製造皿。
  2. （２）余剰融液落流用の凹所が、蓋体の注湯孔直下にお
    ける底壁部と、肖該底壁面けら各キャビテイの流入口端
    縁まで、直角以上の曲成角度で傾設した側壁面とにより
    形成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の製
    造皿。
