く、かつ比較的低コストで製造できる流動床式ごみ焼却

焼却炉1で焼却を終えた不燃物を含んだ流動媒体は、炉
底部から炉下シュート2を通って排出通路3内に落下す
る。排出通路3内にはスクリューコンベヤ4が設けられ
ている。スクリューコンベヤ4は軸受5.5により支持
された中空回転軸6と該回転軸6の回りに取り付けられ
たスクリュー羽根7とからなっており、モータ8により
チェーン9を介して回転される。炉下シュート2および
排出通路3は水ジャケット10により水冷されており、
また中空回転軸6内には冷却水が通っている。炉下シュ
ート2を通って排水通路3に落下した不燃物を含んだ流
動媒体はスクリューコンベヤ4により排出口3aへと搬
送される。スクリュー羽根7は排出口3a付近でとぎれ
、この延長上には回転軸6と同心で多孔板または織網で
構成された円筒形の篩11が回転軸6にそれと回転一体
に取り付けられている。篩11の内側には送り羽根12
が取り付けられている。篩11はケーシング13で覆わ
れており、篩11の下には流動媒体排出口14が、また
篩11の開口部の下には不燃物の排出口15が設けられ
ている。スクリューコンベヤ4により搬送されてぎた不
燃物を含んだ流動媒体は篩11内に入り、篩11の回転
により流動媒体は落下して流動媒体排出口14へ排出さ
れ、また不燃物は送り羽根12により篩11の開口部1

置は騒音、振動、粉塵など作業環境を悪化させる要因を
多く持っているが、かかる選別装置を省略することがで
きるので、場内の環境を著しく向上させることができる
