域以上のビート信号が検出されると共に、かつ上記可変
発振器の発振出力が周波数検出器に供給され、ＰＬＬロ
ックインレンジ以外の周波数が検出され、かつビート周
波数が検出されたときは上記可変発振器の発振周波数を
強制的にロツクインレンジ内安発振周、波数まで変更す
