    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電気暖房具のヒータ温度制御回路に、周囲温度の上昇に
    より順方向電圧降下が低下する半導体ＰＮ接合を組み込
    み、この半導体ＰＮ接合により温度制御回路の周囲温度
    が下降すればヒータの通電．量を増加させ、周囲温度が
    上昇すればヒータの通電量を減少させるように構成した
    ことを特徴とする電気暖房具の温度制御装置。
