より順方向電圧降下が低下する半導体ＰＮ接合を組み込
み、この半導体ＰＮ接合により温度制御回路の周囲温度
が下降すればヒータの通電．量を増加させ、周囲温度が
上昇すればヒータの通電量を減少させるように構成した
