電池の充電終了時の温度を検出するために蓄電池表面に
備えられた感温素子と、該感温素子により検出された信
号により、充電電流を制御する過充電防止回路とを備え
たものにおいて、該感温素子の近接した位置に該感温素
子を強制加熱する加熱素子と、該加熱素子への通電を該
蓄電池の充電電圧の高低により制御する電圧比較回路を
