Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （発明の技術分野） この発明は、クランク室への吸気を制御する２サイクル
エンジンのリードバルブに関する。
〔発明の技術的背景とその問題点〕
リードバルブは、例えば第１図に示すように、弁体１に
開けた弁口２の外周面をバルブシート３−としてバルブ
リード４を自らの弾性によって弾接させたもので、２サ
イクルエンジンの吸気通路とクランク室の間に介装され
る。クランク室の負圧によりバルブリード４を押し問い
て混合気が吸入され、クランク室が正圧になるとパルブ
リード４が弁口２を閉じる逆止弁としての作用をする。
弁口２を閏じるときは、バルブリード４がバルブシート
３を叩くように当接し、その回数はエンジン回転数に応
じて極めて多いので、特にバルブリード４が合成樹脂製
の場合先端部にチッピングが発生しやずく、耐久性に問
題がある。
〔発明の目的〕
この発明は、上記の点に鑑み、バルブリードの先端部を
緩衝してチッピングの発生を防ぐことを目的とする。
（発明の概要〕 上記目的をもってこの発明は次のように構成される。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. バルブリードの先端部が当たる部分のバルブシートを削
    除して備えると共に、この削除した部分に、ゴムをコー
    ティングした緩衝シートを、スプリングによってバルブ
    シート面より僅かに浮上がるように設置してなることを
    特徴とする２サイクルエンジンのリードバルブ。
