Knotted structures such as the main knot and the frog crotch are widely known as knots in braided nets, but in which the warp and weft are pulled out in the intersecting direction, one thread is used to form a thread loop, and the other thread is entwined with this thread. Because the net is made by passing it through a line ring, especially when used for fishing, the knots may loosen for various reasons during use, resulting in damage to the net due to entanglement, and a decrease in the flow rate of the lined net for fish. Ta.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the inventor of the present invention eliminated the distinction between the warp and the weft, and made the two threads a and b to align and intersect, as shown in Figs. 2 to 4, to form a thread ring R. Next, attach two threads a and b to this thread ring R.
We have proposed a technique in which a knot K is created by passing the threads through and entwining them, and then pulling and tightening the threads a and b at a predetermined knot position. This knotting technique is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 51-22385 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 52-107364), and there is a concern that when tension is applied to each thread, the knots will simply tighten and become loose. It has the characteristic that there is no

In the present invention, a bobbin spool from which two threads forming one row of knots extending in the length direction of the net are pulled out is placed in a closed space formed by three or more guide members, and the two threads are pulled out. Twist and cross the threads in the aligned state, and then form a thread ring by intertwining the threads pulled out from the bobbin winding with the two threads and winding them around a guide member;
The thread ring is contracted and tightened by pulling the thread at a predetermined knot position, thereby making it possible to automatically manufacture a net having knots with an upper wrap structure by mechanical means.

Among the rows of knots lined up in the direction parallel to the direction in which the net N is taken, the knots in the odd-numbered rows, that is, the 1st, 3rd, 5th... rows, are made by threads a and b, c and d, e and f, etc. The knots in the even numbered rows, ie, the second, fourth, sixth, etc. rows are formed by the threads b and c, d and e, f and g, respectively. In addition, the knots in the odd number rows are located in the odd number rows, that is, in the rows of knots arranged in the direction perpendicular to the direction in which the net N is taken up, and the knots are located in the rows A and B of each bobbin as shown in Figure 1A. , C and D, E and F... are formed by combining them, respectively, and the knots in even-numbered rows are located in the even-numbered rows, that is, the No. 1,... Four rod-shaped guide members 14 corresponding to the number of knots in each stage are arranged vertically so as to be located at the four corners of a substantially square shape, and their top ends are arranged so as to hook a thread. Bent outward to form a hook, and above the hook are four rods arranged vertically to be located at the four corners of a square larger than the square above, and whose lower parts slope into a pyramidal shape and converge at the center. A transfer member 16 consisting of 15... is installed,
Furthermore, a first pulling member 17 for twisting and crossing the thread pulled out from the bobbin spool to form an auxiliary thread ring, a second taking member 18 for forming a thread ring, and a tightening member 19 for forming a knot are prepared. There is.

When the formation of knots in the previous stage is completed, each spool is placed in a predetermined combination position for the formation of knots in the next stage, and the two spools A and B are connected to the closure formed by the corresponding guide member 14... It exists in a space (Figure 5). Threads a and b pulled out from bobbins A and B
is gripped by the first pulling member and twisted while passing under the threads a and b in front of the gripping point toward the drawing direction, thereby forming an auxiliary thread ring r on the outside of the space. (Fig. 6), while holding the pulling member 17, move the second pulling member 18 to an appropriate place between the gripping point and the crossing point of the threads a and b.
, and pass the threads a and b through the guide member 14.
The second take-up member 18 is moved so as to go around the outside of... As a result, the guide member 14 allows the threads a and b pulled out from the threads A and B to be wound around the threads a and b in front of the gripping point of the first take-up member 17 to form a thread ring. Wrapped around (7th
(Fig. 8), when it goes around once, it engages with all the guide members 14... to complete the thread ring R (Fig. 8). Second pulling member 1
8 grips the threads a and b so that they can slide freely, and the threads a and b, which are approximately twice the length of the moving distance of the second pulling member 18, are pulled out from the bobbins A and B to gradually form a thread ring. After making approximately one-half to three-quarters of a turn, the threads a and b between these pulling members 17 and 18 are pulled outward by the second pulling member 18 and engaged with the remaining guide members 14... This prevents unnecessary loosening. In addition, when the yarn ring R is almost completed, the first take-off member 17 releases the yarns a and b, so that the auxiliary yarn ring r disappears, but the second take-off member 18 removes the yarns a and b. When it is engaged with the first guide member 15, it may be released and the auxiliary thread ring r may disappear.

Next, the guide members 14... are lowered to take out the pegs A and B above the closed space, and the pegs A and B are moved in opposite directions to retract toward the upper and outer sides of the guide members 14... (9th figure). As a result, the state shown in FIG. 3 is created in which the threads a and b pulled out from the bobbins A and B pass through the thread ring R and are entangled therewith.

Next, the guide member 14 that lowered the transfer member 16...
The yarn ring R is inserted between the guide members 14... and transferred from the enlarged guide member 14 (Fig. 10), and the transfer member 16 is raised and removed from the guide member 14... and the thread ring R is transferred to the thread ring R according to the predetermined size of the mesh N. position (FIG. 11) and attach the thread to the tightening member 19 at the rear of the transfer member 16.

At this time, if necessary, the feed roll 12 is driven in the take-up direction to further pull the yarns a and b from their tensioned state, gradually reducing the yarn ring R, and then tightening the yarn to complete the tightening process as shown in FIG. This creates a nodule K.

is operated by a fluid pressure cylinder, a link mechanism, or an appropriate mechanism (not shown). Further, the transfer member 16 has a structure that allows the spacing between the rods 15 to be expanded or reduced, and can be reduced and inserted between the guide members 14 and expanded to transfer the thread ring R, or the spacing between the guide members 14 can be changed. Alternatively, the entire device may be placed vertically as shown in the figure, turned upside down, the transfer member 16 may be moved up and down from below the guide members 14, and the device may be placed horizontally.
Of course, various design changes are possible when implementing the present invention. Furthermore, depending on the mesh size of the mesh N, the size of the bobbin windings A and B, and the circumferential length of the guide member 14, the thread may be tensioned and knotted at the position where the thread ring R is formed.

As described above, the present invention involves pulling two threads together to form a thread ring, then passing the two threads through this thread ring and pulling the entwined thread to reduce and tighten the thread ring. To make a knot with an upper wrap structure, the thread of the bobbin winder is pulled out from the closed space formed by three or more guide members, twisted and crossed to form an auxiliary thread ring, and the thread of this part is pulled out from the closed space formed by three or more guide members. Wrap it around a portion extending toward the net, and then wrap it around a guide member to form a thread ring and eliminate the auxiliary thread ring;
Next, the spool is moved and retracted to the outside of the space, the thread is passed through and entwined with the spool, and the spool is removed from the guide member to reduce and tighten, so the spool is simply moved back and forth. A net can be made with a minimum of movement by sequentially positioning knots in adjacent rows alternately at the thread ring forming positions, and two threads are pulled together to form thread rings and to entangle the threads. Since the knots are tied together, knots with an upper wrap structure can be obtained without distinguishing between the warp and weft, and a net with knots that tightens even when a tensile force is applied to any thread and with a constant knot spacing is created. It can be easily manufactured by mechanical means.
