Knotted structures such as the main knot and the frog crotch are widely known as the knots of the braided net, but the warp and weft are pulled out in the intersecting direction, one thread is used to form a thread loop, and the other thread is entwined with this thread. Because the net is made by passing it through a thread ring, especially when used for fishing, the knots may loosen due to various reasons during use, resulting in damage to the net due to entanglement, and a decrease in the rate of fish netting. In order to eliminate this drawback, the inventor of the present invention eliminated the distinction between warp and weft, made a thread ring by aligning and crossing the two threads, and then passed the two threads through this thread ring. We proposed a knot with an upper wrap structure by intertwining the threads and pulling and tightening the threads at a predetermined knot position. This nodule technique was applied for in 1973.
No. 22385 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 107364/1983), there is a concern that when tension is applied to each thread while the net is in its almost normal shape, the knots will be further tightened and loosened. However, when the thread is pulled in an extremely expanded state centered on the knot, if the thread is made of synthetic resin monofilament, it will slip and cause misalignment. It was hot.

In the present invention, a bobbin spool from which two threads forming one row of knots extending in the length direction of the net are pulled out is placed in a closed space formed by three or more guide members, and the two threads are pulled out. The threads are twisted and crossed two or more times in the aligned state, and then the thread pulled out from the bobbin spool is entwined with the two threads and wound around a guide member to form a thread ring, and the thread ring is tied to a predetermined knot. By pulling the thread at a certain position, the thread is contracted and tightened, thereby making it possible to automatically produce a net having knots with a figure-eight knot or a middle knot structure by mechanical means.

Four rod-shaped guide members 14 corresponding to the number of knots in each stage are arranged vertically so as to be located at the four corners of a substantially square shape, and their top ends are adapted to hook the thread. The hook is bent outward to form a hook, and above the hook are four hooks arranged vertically at the four corners of a square larger than the square above, and whose lower part slopes pyramidally and converges in the center. A transfer member 16 consisting of a rod 15 is installed, and a first take-off member 17 that twists and crosses the thread pulled out from the bobbin spool to form an auxiliary thread ring, and a second take-off member 18 that forms a thread ring. , a knot-forming tightening member 19 is provided.

When the formation of knots in the previous stage is completed, each spool is positioned at a predetermined combination position for the formation of knots in the next stage, and the two spools A and B are formed by the corresponding guide members 14... It exists in a closed space (Figure 5). The first pulling member 17 grips the threads a and b pulled out from the bobbins A and B, and twists the threads a and b one more time while passing under the threads a and b in front of the gripping point. By turning the yarn, an auxiliary yarn ring r and a tangled part k are formed on the outside of the space (see FIGS. 6 and 2), and while being held by the pulling member 17, the thread a is connected to the biting part, The second take-off member 18 is held at an appropriate point between the entwined part k of the threads a and b, and the second take-off member 18 is passed over the threads a and b and goes around the outside of the guide member 14. move. As a result, the guide member 14 allows the threads a and b pulled out from the threads A and B to be wound around the threads a and b in front of the gripping point of the first take-up member 17 to form a thread ring. …
... (Fig. 7), and when it goes around it, it engages with all the guide members 14 ... to complete the thread ring R (Fig. 7).
figure). The second take-off member 18 grips the threads a and b so that they can slide freely, and the threads a and b, which have a length that is approximately twice as long as the moving distance of the second take-off member 18, are pulled out from the bobbins A and B to form a thread ring. Since it is gradually formed, these pulling members 17 and 18 are removed after approximately one-half to three-quarters of a turn.
By pulling the threads a and b between them outward by the second pulling member 18 and engaging them with the remaining guide members 14, unnecessary loosening is prevented. Furthermore, when the yarn ring R is almost completed, the first take-off member 17 releases the yarns a and b, so that the auxiliary yarn ring r disappears, but the second take-off member 18
When engaged with the first guide member 15, the auxiliary thread ring r may be released and the auxiliary thread ring r may disappear.

Next, the guide member 14... is lowered and the bobbins A and B are pulled out above the closed space.

(Figure 9). As a result, the threads a and b pulled out from the bobbins A and B pass through the thread ring R and are entangled therewith, and the threads a and b drawn from the bobbin windings A and B pass through the thread ring R and are entangled therewith.
In cooperation with this, the figure 8-shaped state shown in FIG. 3 is created.

This tightening member 19 is made to grip and hold the threads a and b with the threads a and b.

At this time, if necessary, the feed roll 12 is driven in the take-up direction to further pull the yarns a and b from their tensioned state, gradually reducing the yarn ring R, and then tightening the yarn to complete the tightening process as shown in FIG. This creates a nodule K.

In addition, the bobbins A and B, the guide member 14..., the transfer member 16, the two take-up members 17 and 18, and the tightening member 1
9 is operated by a fluid pressure cylinder, a link mechanism, or other appropriate mechanism (not shown). Further, the transfer member 16 has a structure that allows the interval between the rods 15 to be enlarged or reduced, and is inserted between the guide members 14 after being reduced, and then expanded to transfer the thread ring R, or the guide member 1
4... may be made variable to facilitate transfer to the transfer member 16. Furthermore, the guide members 14 are fixed so that the bobbins A and B can be moved, or the entire device is placed vertically as shown in the figure and turned upside down, and the transfer member 16 is moved to the guide member 1.
Of course, various design changes can be made in implementing the present invention, such as moving the device up and down from below or arranging the device horizontally. Furthermore, depending on the mesh size of the mesh N, the size of the bobbin windings A and B, and the circumferential length of the guide member 14, the thread may be tensioned and knotted at the position where the thread ring R is formed.

As described above, the present invention draws out threads from two threads in a closed space formed by three or more guide members, pulls them out and twists them two or more times to form an auxiliary thread ring, and also twists the threads two or more times. The thread in this part is wound around the part extending toward the net in front of it, and then wrapped around the guide member to form a thread ring and the auxiliary thread ring disappears. By moving the thread outward and retracting it, the thread is passed through the thread ring and entwined with it, and the thread ring is removed from the guide member to reduce and tighten. Therefore, simply by reciprocating the thread, the knots in adjacent rows can be removed. A net can be made with a minimum of movement by placing the threads alternately at the thread ring forming position, and the threads can be pulled together to make the threads intertwine, form a thread ring, and intertwine the threads in this order. Because of this, it is possible to obtain a knot with a figure-8 knot or a middle knot structure without distinguishing between the warp and weft, and it has a knot that acts to tighten no matter what direction tensile force is applied to any thread, and the knot is constant.
