Conventional single or double knots or double knots have the disadvantage of causing misalignment during use, and in recent years many knots with a special structure in which the intertwining of the warp and weft is more complex than single or double knots have been used. However, when the intertwining of the warp and weft yarns becomes complicated within the knot, the mesh threads form sharp bending angles, and when tension is applied to the mesh threads, they tend to break, making it impossible to expect high hooking strength. Furthermore, due to the increased number of crossings between the mesh yarns, frictional force is generated between the mesh yarns, making it difficult to perform sufficient tightening. Furthermore, depending on the degree of entanglement of the threads, the net legs may not open in an orderly manner in all directions from the knots, so an excessive heat treatment must be performed to orient the net legs.

In order to solve these drawbacks, the present invention arranges warp loops and weft loops in parallel with each other so that there is no entanglement between them. This is a knot in which the warp is wrapped around the warp on the other side three-quarters of the way, the warp is pulled out from both the warp loop and the weft loop with the front hook, and the weft is passed through and tightened, so that the net legs are on the same plane. The object of the present invention is to provide a knot structure that is easy to spread in all directions at the top and has high slip-off strength and hook-up strength.

Next, we will discuss the nodular structure of the net according to this invention, but first we will explain the device for manufacturing the nodules.
Referring to FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a rotatable upper hook, and the upper hook 1 is configured to be able to move back and forth in order to remove a loop formed therein. Reference numeral 2 indicates warp threads on the swinging side, which are wound around a bobbin and hung on creel pins (not shown). 3 is a thread swinger for moving the warp up and down, left and right, and front and back; 2' is the warp on the already knotted side; 4 is the weft, which is not shown but is housed in the hull support. It is wrapped around a boat-shaped coin. 4' is the already knotted weft, 5 is a lifting plate for lifting the weft 4 upward, and 6 is a front hook for pulling out the warp 2 through a loop formed in the upper hook.

As mentioned above, according to the knotted structure of the mesh according to this invention, the warp loop 2l having one intersection 2c
The weft loops 4l 1 having one intersection 4c are arranged in parallel with each other without intertwining, and one of the warp threads 22 on one side forming the warp loop and one on both sides forming the weft loop. Since there is no twist between the two weft yarns 41 and 42, the warp loop 2l is created by pulling the warp yarn 2' and the weft yarn 4' when tightening the stitches.
And it becomes possible to smoothly tighten the weft loop 4l1 . In addition, the warp 22 constituting the warp loop 2l
and the weft threads 41 on both sides forming a weft loop 4l 1
Due to the presence of the coil A, in which the warp threads 2 are wound three-half turns around the warp threads 2p 0 → 2p 1 → 2p 2 , the warp threads 22 and the weft threads 41, 4 are tightened.
2 are tightened, and by tightening the weft yarns 4, the warp yarns 2 are also tightened by the weft yarns of the curved portion 4l2 . Especially the warp 22→2' and the weft 42→
4' helps to prevent unnecessary entanglement and to effectively exert the tightening force. Moreover, warp 2
The fact that the tube is wound three-quarters of a turn at points 2p 0 → 2p 1 → 2p 2 firmly prevents the knot from loosening and strengthens the strength of the slippage. In other words, the tightening force is strong and there is no misalignment, the hooking force is large, the net threads coming out of the knots are in the same plane and can be spread out in all directions, and the directionality of the net legs can be changed by heat treatment. It does not need to be attached, has excellent opening during operation, and greatly contributes to improving coverage rate.
