DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for tying fishing nets, particularly Btt nets such as gill nets made of monofilament. It is used to catch fish that are stuck in the net, and naturally the fish that get stuck in the net will become violent in order to escape from the net. Therefore, at the knots of gillnets, it is required that the mesh not be misaligned and that there be no cuts at the knots, and the mesh must be stretched so that it is properly diamond-shaped without twisting or causing a fishing condition. This is also required in order to increase the catch.

Therefore, what is important in the manufacture of this type of net is the knot structure of the mesh, and various structures have been proposed to satisfy the above requirements, but it is important that the knots do not cause any misalignment. At present, the focus is only on this, and not much consideration is given to the direction of the threads coming out of the intertwining of the nodules and the rubbing of the threads against each other. As a result, the shape of the nodules is irregular, and the tightening work during manufacturing is difficult. It is difficult to do this smoothly, and some knots tend to curl back, causing the knots to become tangled or tangled in some areas, making it impossible to form an orderly diamond shape during use. . In addition, conventional knots forcefully draw the weft threads into the loops of the warp and weft threads, which may cause the loops to become deformed or twisted. As the knots protrude, the knots cannot be tied sufficiently, and at the same time, the knots may be misaligned, the knots themselves may become sharp, and the knots are unreasonably twisted and intertwined, making them easy to break.

The present invention has been made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and its purpose is to make the warp and weft intertwined into an ideal cedar, so that the threads of the knots come out in the direction of the clasp, making it easier to tighten the cedar. In addition, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for knotting a fishing net in which the knots are aligned and form an orderly diamond-shaped mesh.

The present invention, which has been made to achieve this object, involves hooking the warp threads onto the winding piece, rotating the winding piece at least half a turn to hang the weft threads onto the winding piece from the same direction as the warp threads, and then returning the winding piece half a turn to move the weft threads onto the winding piece in the same direction as the warp threads. By removing the hung warp from the winding piece, it is entwined with the weft, and the winding piece is rotated once to form a twisted part only in the weft.
The warp threads are hung on the winding piece again from the same direction as the direction in which they were first threaded, and the winding piece is rotated once in the direction to untwist the weft yarns to form parallel warp yarn loops and weft yarn loops on the winding piece. A loop is formed on the winding piece by passing the warp through these loops and pulling it out with an upper hook to form a warp pull-out loop, passing the weft through the pull-out loop, and applying resistance to the weft when pulling back the warp. By knotting in such a way that the weft threads are not drawn in, the loop shape of the warp and weft threads formed on the winding piece will not be distorted or changed.
The nodule protrudes toward the side and is easy to tighten, and the nodule is formed in a stable state without twisting, resulting in a nodule with an excellent network structure.

Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail based on the illustrated embodiment. First, in FIG. It has become so. Also, the warp yarn 1 is wound around a number of bobbins attached to the knitting machine, and the weft yarn 2 is wound around a spool 5.
It is rotatably housed in. In addition, 7 is an upper hook, 8 is a comb plate, and 9 is an upper hook, and the configuration of each of these parts is the same as the conventional device. 1. The arrow above the winding piece 7 in the figure indicates the rotation direction of the winding piece 1. Using such a device, the warp yarn l is lifted by the square aftershock 3 and hung on the winding piece 7. In this case, if you hold the warp thread 1 and turn the winding piece to the left, the warp thread will be naturally hung on the winding thread 1. Subsequently, the weft thread 2 is lifted up by the lifting plate 4, and the winding piece is rotated as it is, so that the weft thread is hung on the winding piece 7 from the same direction as the warp thread 1. After lowering the lifting plate 4, the winding piece is rotated to the right and returned to its original position °, and when the previously hung warp thread l is removed from the winding piece 7, a half-turn entanglement part 1a of the warp thread with respect to the weft thread is formed. Then, the winding piece 7 is rotated one turn in the right direction to form a twisted portion 2a of one and a half turns only in the weft (FIGS. 6 and 7).

Next, lift the warp 1 with the aftershock 3, hang the warp on the winding piece 7 from the same direction as the first time, and turn the winding piece one turn to the left. One turn of the twisted part 2a of the half turn is returned, and at the same time the entwined part 1a of the fiber and thread 1 is returned, and the end of the warp on the leading side is turned back to the Adt formed on the winding piece. Wrap the neck of the loop of thread and weft in a neck wrap shape so that both loops are tied together.

At this time, the warp roof 'll) is located on the warp side, the weft loop 2b is located on the weft side, and both loops are in a parallel state. Both loops 1b and 2b are twisted by half a turn in opposite directions.

In this state, insert the upper hook 9 into both Luso]b and 2b 17,
When the warp threads 1 are pulled out, separated by the shirt bolt 6, and the warp threads are separated at the ends thereof, the weft threads 2 pass through the loop IC of the drawn warp threads. The weft thread 2 pulled out in step 5 is pulled back passing under the shirttle 6 in the same way as in the normal knotting method, but during this pulling back, a predetermined resistance is applied to the weft thread unwinding. so as not to be drawn into the two luzos 1b and 2b formed in (Fig. 13). Then, when the makikoma or five-ryo loops are removed and the clasp is tightened, a knot is formed.

2e are both protruding in a direction that makes it easy to tighten each loop 1b, 2b, and moreover, they are taken out from the knotted portion in four directions ideal for forming a mesh. Then, when each thread is pulled and tightened, a knot as shown in Fig. 16 is obtained, with each thread sticking out in all directions without twisting. Moreover, small nodules can be formed. .

The above-mentioned resistance to the weft unwinding can be achieved by, for example, adding the device 3 shown in FIGS.
The electromagnets are attached to a bar 21 that moves up and down at equal intervals, and a power supply line is wired in parallel to each electromagnet. It is turned on and off by mechanical operation.

By adding such a device 17, when the warp yarn 1 is pulled out at the lower part during knitting and passed through the shirttle 6, as soon as the warp yarn passes through the lower part of the yarn, the switch 22 is turned on by the cam 2; At the same time, the nozzle 21 is slightly lifted to bring the electromagnet Δ) close to the bottom of the shuttlecock 6.

In this way, the magnetic force of the electromagnet will cause the shuttlecock to
The susol 5, which is rotatably mounted inside, is attracted, and its rotation is temporarily braked, providing appropriate resistance to the weft weft. Therefore, when the warp yarn 1 is pulled back, a brake is applied to the unwinding of the weft yarn, so that the weft yarn is no longer drawn into both loops formed in the winding piece. In short, it is sufficient to apply resistance to the unwinding of the weft thread to the extent that it does not get drawn into both loops.

As explained above, the fishing net tying method according to the present invention involves passing the warp threads through the warp thread and weft thread loops formed on the winding piece 7 and pulling out the warp threads from the lower part, and passing the weft threads through the drawn warp thread loops. The winding piece is characterized in that a moderate resistance is provided to prevent the weft from being drawn into both loops formed on the winding piece, and if the weft is not drawn in, the shape of the loops may shift or Will not deform,
Since fast tightening can be performed, the knot position is constant, there is no unevenness in the size of the mesh, and the threads come out in an orderly direction in all directions, which has the excellent effect of preventing the knot from turning over.
