Among fishing nets, gillnets are nets that are stretched like a curtain in the water to catch fish that get stuck in the net, and the fish that get stuck in the net naturally run wild in an attempt to escape from the net. become. Therefore, at the knots of gillnets, it is required that there be no misalignment of the stitches and no cuts at the knots, and the mesh must be stretched so that it is properly diamond-shaped without twisting or becoming a fishing condition. It is also necessary to increase fish catch.

Therefore, what is important in the manufacture of this type of net is the knot structure of the mesh, and various structures have been proposed to satisfy the above requirements, but it is important that the knots do not cause any misalignment. At present, the main focus is on this, and not much consideration is given to the direction of the threads coming out of the intertwining of the knots and the rubbing of the threads against each other. As a result, the shape of the knots becomes irregular, and the tightening work during manufacturing is difficult. Not only does it not work smoothly, but some of the knots tend to curl back, causing the knots to become tangled or knotted in some areas, making it impossible to form an orderly diamond shape when used, which can lead to problems with fish. The drawback is that it will cause alarm and reduce the catch. In addition, because the threads mentioned above come out in a direction that is forced during tightening, it is not possible to make a sufficient knot, and at the same time, the knot itself becomes large.
This will also reduce the amount of fish caught.

The present invention has been made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and the purpose is to make the threads of the knots come out in the direction of tightening to facilitate tightening, and to form the knots vertically so that they are aligned. It is an attempt to provide a knotted structure of a fishing net that constitutes a well-ordered diamond-shaped mesh.

The present invention has been made to achieve this purpose.
In a fishing net in which warp and weft threads are entwined and knotted, thread legs from the knot are taken out in all directions, and loops of either the warp thread or the weft thread, or both, are straddled between each thread leg, and both loops are They are arranged in parallel in a direction transverse to the sewing direction,
This causes the nodule to be formed vertically,
Moreover, the yarn legs come out in a smooth direction during tightening, and when the loops are intertwined, they straddle each yarn leg, and there is no friction between the thread legs, resulting in a fishing net with a mesh that forms an orderly diamond shape. .

First, regarding the manufacturing process shown in Figures 1 to 10, 1 is a warp thread, 2 is a weft thread, the warp thread 1 is swung vertically and horizontally by a thread swinging rod 3, and the weft thread 2 is wound around a shuttle (not shown). It is disposed so as to be lifted upward by a lifting plate 4. Note that 5 is a winding hook, which is the main part for forming a mesh nodule. Reference numeral 6 denotes a comb plate on which the knotted and knitted mesh is hooked and serves to support the net during the next knotting. Each part of these net-making devices is known.

Now, in one method of forming the knotted structure of the present invention, first, lift the warp threads 1 upward by a thread swinger, hook them from right to left on the winding hook 5, and then
The weft thread 2 is wound by rotating the weft thread half a turn to the left or slightly more than half a turn, then lifting the weft thread 2 with the lifting plate 4, and returning the winding hook half a turn to the right to return it to its original position. Hook the hook from left to right (Figure 3) and lower the lifting plate 4. When hooked in this manner, the warp 1 and the weft 2 are hooked onto the winding hook 5 from different directions. Then, at the same time as the half rotation in the right direction, the yarn swing rod 3 is raised upward (FIG. 4), the warp yarn 1 is lifted and removed from the winding hook 5 (FIG. 5), and the warp yarn 1 and the weft yarn 2 are entwined. Then, swing the thread swing rod 3 in the opposite direction from the previous time, hang the warp 1 from the left to the right on the winding hook 5 in the same way as the weft 2 (Figures 6 and 7), and move the winding hook 5 to the left. Make one rotation to form a warp and weft loop on the winding hook (see Figures 8 and 9).
), the warp thread 1 is threaded through these loops with the hook 7.
is pulled out, the weft is passed through a loop formed at the end of the drawer, the warp 1 and the weft 2 are removed from the winding hook 5, and a knot is formed through a tightening process. The process of drawing out the warp threads using the hook and threading the weft threads is substantially the same as the means normally used for knotting fishing nets.

To explain FIG. 11, which shows the disentangled state of the warp and weft yarns of the knot obtained in this way, 1a and 1b are the yarn legs of the warp yarn 1, and 2
a and 2b are the thread legs of the weft thread 2. The characteristics of this entanglement are that the warp loop 1c formed by the winding hook and the weft loop 2c are parallel to each other, and the warp loop 1c is located on the swing side (left in the figure), and the weft loop 2c is formed by the hook. The yarn legs 1a, 1b, 2a, and 2b are pulled out from the loop formation state in all directions without any force, and there is no twisted part in the entanglement between the warp and weft yarns. One or both of the loops are straddled between the crotches of each yarn leg, forming a loincloth-like shape, and the yarn legs are intertwined so as to leave an appropriate distance between the crotches of each yarn leg. When each yarn leg is pulled simultaneously, that is, when a tightening action is applied, there is no twist in the entanglement, so each yarn leg 1a, 1
b, 2a, and 2b attract each other so as to compress each loop 1c and 2c reasonably, and this attracting action acts evenly, so that tightening is performed quickly.

Then, the net that has been knitted by sequentially tightening is tensioned and heated in a direction different from the knitting direction A, that is, a sewing direction B perpendicular to the knitting direction A. As shown in the figure, the threads come out in all four directions without twisting, and the loops are straddled between the threads in a loincloth-like manner, and the weft loops and warp threads are parallel to each other in a direction transverse to the sewing direction. Because of this, when the cloth is sewn by tension heating, the knots become elongated in the sewing direction, become smaller and stable, and when the net is expanded and stretched, each mesh becomes an orderly diamond shape.

As explained above, in the knotted structure of the fishing net of the present invention, a loop straddles the threads extending from the knot in four directions in a loincloth shape, and the direction in which the threads come out is the direction in which the threads are twisted in the sewing direction. Since the yarn legs extending from all directions are on the same plane, the knots do not turn over, and the mesh spreads neatly into a diamond shape during use, eliminating the tension condition. The loops of the threads and the loops of the weft threads are located in parallel, and there is no twisted part in the intertwining of the warp threads and the weft threads, which not only allows the formation of knots with stable stitching, but also allows the knots to be formed thin and small in the sewing direction, which prevents misalignment. This has excellent effects such as eliminating the need for
