Therefore, in order to make knots stronger in this type of gillnet, the warp and weft threads are intertwined more often to prevent stitches from slipping, but the more entangled the knots become, the more the knots become Not only does it require a large amount of fish, but it also has the disadvantage that the nodules are too conspicuous, reducing the catch.
Furthermore, it is possible to eliminate misalignment to a certain extent by increasing the number of entanglements, but on the other hand, the threads are bent in a complicated manner, making the knots difficult to tighten, which makes it difficult to make cotton, and the knots tend to loosen, resulting in misalignment. becomes more likely to occur. Therefore, the knot must be tightened strongly when making cotton, but the complicated bending makes the inside of the nodule weak against tensile strength, and when a fish hooks and gets violent, this results in a so-called slit that breaks from the nodule. This is due to the fact that the threads at the knot are too complicatedly bent and are rigid and inflexible. The present invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to provide a method for tying fishing nets that reduces the entanglement of the threads that make up the knots, thereby reducing the size of the knots, and making it easier to make cotton. It is. The present invention, which was made to achieve this object, involves hanging the warp from right to left toward the tip of the winding hook, rotating the winding hook more than one and a half rotations to the left, and then lowering the warp to the winding hook. Draw the weft threads down from right to left toward the tip, turn the winding hook back half a turn to the right, pull out the warp threads with the lower hook through the warp and weft loop formed on the winding hook, and then pull out the warp threads with the lower hook. This fishing net knotting method is characterized by passing the weft thread through the loop formed by the thread and tying the knot. The knotting process is reduced, the warp and weft threads are less entangled, and the knots are small, making it easy to make cotton. It becomes easier to work with.

Although not shown, the weft yarn 2 is supplied from a shuttle via a lifting plate 4 and is lifted upward by a lifting plate. Reference numeral 5 denotes a winding hook, which can be rotated to the right or left like the winding hook of this type of net making machine. 6 is the lower hook, which makes a large reciprocating motion back and forth.

Regarding each of these device parts, those that have been generally used in the past are used, and there is no particular change. In the method of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 8,
The thread swing rod 3 is operated to hang the warp thread 1 from right to left toward the hook tip of the winding hook 5, and the winding hook 5 is rotated one and a half rotations in the left direction.

At this time, the lifting plate 4 lifts the weft thread 2, and by rotating the winding hook 5 to the left, the weft thread 2 is hung from the right to the left toward the hook tip of the winding hook 5 (see Figures 5 and 6). ). in this case,
After hanging the warp thread 1 on the winding hook 5, the winding hook is rotated one and a half turns to the left, but the weft threads 2 are not raised until after the first half turn, and after the first half turn has passed, the next one rotation is started. During this time, the weft thread 2 is lifted by the lifting plate 4, and the weft thread is also hung from the same direction as the warp thread on the winding hook. The winding hook 5 rotates at least one and a half revolutions, and in reality, the weft thread 2 cannot be hooked unless it slightly exceeds one and a half revolutions. Wind the weft thread 2 with hook 5
, then return the winding hook 5 half a turn to the right, pass the lower hook 6 through the loop of the warp 1 and the weft 2 formed by hooking it on the winding hook, hook the warp 1, and then When the weft thread 2 is pulled out from within the loop and passed through the loop formed at the end of the drawer to release the warp thread from the lower hook, the weft thread is drawn into both loops formed on the winding hook, and then from the winding hook 5. By detaching the loop, a knot is formed.

In this case, when the loop is removed from the winding hook 5, a tightening mechanism (not shown) in the device operates, and the loop is quickly tightened in the knitting direction to form a knot. The entanglement of the warp yarn 1 and the weft yarn 2 of the knot formed by this method is the ninth
As shown in the figure. In this figure, arrow A is the knitting direction, and arrow B is the finishing direction in which the knot is fixed by pulling the net fabric after knitting. Also code 1a91b
is the yarn foot of the warp 1, 2a and 2b are the 3 yarn feet of the weft yarn 2, the yarn feet 1a and 2a are pulled out from the previously formed knot, and the yarn feet 1b and 2b are the yarn feet of the weft yarn 2. direction, that is, the direction toward which the next node is to be formed. and,
Each of these yarn legs is pulled out in a slightly biased manner in the finishing direction. In other words, the loop 1c of the warp 1 and the loop 2c of the weft 2 formed by the winding hook described above are in a tight state (first
In Figure 0), the knitting direction is approximately parallel to the knitting direction, in other words, the knitting direction is approximately perpendicular to the finishing direction, and each yarn leg is tightened so as to be held in the finishing direction, and the yarn leg exits from the knot. This results in an extremely ideal mesh shape for gillnets. Moreover, since the yarn legs are held in the finishing direction by loops 1c and 2c, which are the main parts of tightening at the knot, when tightening is performed during finishing, each loop acts in the direction of tightening. Therefore, the tightening work can be done extremely easily and quickly. As explained above, the fishing net knotting method according to the present invention has an extremely simple manufacturing process, less entanglement of the warp and weft, and no complicated bending of the entangled warp and weft, making the tightening work easy. At the same time, the nodules become elongated and small in the finishing direction and become less noticeable.

Further, since the knot structure eliminates complicated bending of the yarn, the inside of the knot is strong against tensile strength, and breakage can be prevented. Therefore, although there is no stitch breakage, it is undeniable that stitch misalignment will occur when a certain spreading force is exceeded for one mesh, but this misalignment does not occur infrequently, but may be close to the limit at which the thread can break. Since it occurs within a range that does not exceed this limit, it does not lead to a decrease in the catch; on the contrary, the flexibility of the nodules may lead to an increase in the catch depending on the type of fish. In particular, in the case of gill nets, the fish will stick to the net and become violent, but the fish themselves will gradually weaken, and even if there is a degree of misalignment at the limit where the line can break, the fish will not be lost and will not be lost at all. Since the fish are entangled, this method has various superior effects, such as increasing the amount of fish caught, compared to those that cause cuts and cause fish to escape.
