DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for knotting a fishing net having a structure in which the net fabric is tightly tightened and does not cause slippage.

Conventionally, the single or double knotting method has been adopted for knotting net fabrics, in which the weft threads are bent and drawn into the warp rings and then tightened with the warp rings. When force is applied to the weft threads, the weft threads tend to shift and deform the mesh.

This tendency is particularly noticeable when a highly rigid and slippery yarn such as synthetic monofilament is used as the net yarn.

The nodule shown in Figure 1A is a double-folded nodule, but as mentioned above, the misalignment of the eyes is significant in such a nodule, so it is usually treated with a strong clamping operation, heat set, and resin treatment. We are taking measures to address this issue.

However, no matter how many measures are taken to prevent misalignment, misalignment still occurs during actual fishing operations, and when this occurs, the mesh widens greatly, or uneven tension is applied to the net legs, causing the fish to be hung on the net one by one. This can cause the net to shorten and reduce the catch rate.

In addition, because conventional knots require heat setting and resin processing, it is difficult to avoid a drop in the efficiency of the knitting work. Moreover, the resin processing makes the netting hard and the net formation is poor, which makes it difficult to operate. It was considered problematic.

The applicant has long been aware of the above-mentioned problems with conventional net knots from his many years of experience in the net making business, and has conducted various studies to solve these problems. Developed a new nodule and applied for a patent application in 1974-9.
No. 5334 and Japanese Patent Application No. 109668/1984, and subsequently started producing fishing nets made from this new knot.

However, when mass production is actually carried out, the above-mentioned new knots not only have a complicated structure and require advanced production technology, but also the knitting machine becomes large and difficult to operate at high speed. It was confirmed that there were problems with production efficiency.

Therefore, the inventors of the present invention made a renewed effort to find out how to make this process more efficient, and as a result, they decided to make new improvements to the knots in the mesh fabric itself, and this caused problems such as misalignment. We have completed the present invention, which is a new method for knotting net fabrics that is suitable for improving the knots of net fabrics and increasing production.

On the other hand, the weft thread is wound onto another reel and stored in a storage container called a flying type, and is located on the opposite side of the main body of the machine with the winding hook 1 in the center (on the right side of the winding hook in the figure). It is arranged as follows.

In the above knitting machine, as a pre-process, the winding hook 1 is rotated half a turn to the right, and the weft thread 2 is hooked onto the winding hook 1 from left to right when facing the front of the machine.

Furthermore, after the winding hook 1 is rotated once in the opposite direction to the above-mentioned reverse side rotation direction, the weft thread 2 is hooked on the winding hook 1 from the side opposite to the side where it was first hooked on the upper hook (Step D).

Next, in the ET step, the winding hook 1 is further rotated by half a turn in the same rotational direction as before to form twisted loops 41, 4□ of the weft yarn 2 and the warp yarn 3 hooked on the winding hook 1.

After that, as step F, the hook 5 is pushed into the double ring of the loops 4□ and 4□, the warp thread 3 is hooked on this drag hook, the thread is moved backward, and when it passes through the loops 40 and 42, the weft thread 2 Thread it through the loop of warp thread 3.

The knot obtained by the method of the present invention as described above is different from the conventional knot which is formed by bending the weft thread into the warp ring wound around the hook and tightening it with the warp ring. A knot is formed by bending the weft thread with a double thread ring formed by hooking the warp thread and the weft thread on a winding hook, and then tightening it with the double thread ring of the warp thread and the weft thread. Each thread foot is arranged so that it is uniquely tightened.

Therefore, there is no need to worry about mesh misalignment or turning of the mesh, which has been seen in conventional double frog knots, and in addition to streamlining the knitting work, the net is strongly tightened after knitting, and heat-setting and resin processing are possible. Processing such as this is no longer necessary, and productivity can be greatly improved.

Although one embodiment of the present invention is shown in the figure, a part of the nodule shape obtained by rotating the winding hook, which can be rotated left and right, clockwise or counterclockwise, can be partially changed and various shapes can be obtained. However, in all cases, a uniform mesh fabric with meshes open on all sides without any misalignment is obtained.

1. Hook the weft yarn on the rotatable hook and rotate it half a turn. Next, hook the warp yarn on the hook and rotate it semi-transparently. Remove the weft yarn from the hook. Next, turn the hook in the opposite direction to the above-mentioned reverse rotation. After rotating, hook the weft thread on the winding hook from the side opposite to where the weft thread was first hooked, and then turn the winding hook half a turn in the same direction as the previous rotation to form a loop with the warp and weft threads. , a method for tying a fishing net, characterized in that the warp threads are drawn out into the loops, the weft threads are passed through the loops, the warp threads pull in the weft threads and are bent to tighten the weft threads and the warp threads.
