Description
The invention relates to the production of medical products for medical purposes and relates to the manufacture of surgical suture material, used primarily for intercostal and pectoral sutures.
[2].On textile equipment, surgical suture materials are mainly produced by torsion, wrapping and weaving. In the process of weaving, suture material takes the form of a tube, which does not exclude the possibility of accumulation of exudate in it and further suppuration. Suture material obtained by torsion or rolling has a tendency to torsion due to the unbalanced structure (formation of sucruti ^). In addition, woven, twisted and wrapped suture materials, due to their stiffness, have low knot strength, which requires additional processing to / increase strength, for example, by applying special polymer coatings to the suture material [1] and [2].
Использо2 вание тамбурной швейной машины позволяет получать только тамбурную цепочку, которая по структуре соотс ветствует основовязаной цепочке, имеющей закрытые петли[ЗХThe closest in technical essence is the surgical suture material of a loop structure (a chain chain is made on a sewing tambour machine). Using a tambour sewing machine allows you to get only a tambour chain, which in structure corresponds to the warp knit chain having closed loops [ZX
Buttonhole suture is well knotted, as it is soft compared to twisted threads. At the same time, suture material in the form of a chain chain has low tensile strength, twists along the axis and has a rough surface formed by interloop transitions.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of suture material.
The goal is achieved by the fact that the suture material of the loop structure made of bioinert thread contains at least one additional bioinert thread, while the main and additional threads form a tricot warp knit with intersecting broaches. 25 In addition, additional threads may form platen stitches or weft loops.
Moreover, the material can be made in the form of a spiral twisted 30 we.
The suture material of the loop structure is knitted on a warp knitting machine with at least two comb threads, each of which is counter-laid by interlacing the tights or its derivatives. B. it is possible to use an additional thread from the third comb, which is knitted by interlacing leotards with masonry parallel to the masonry of one of the main threads. The thread from the third comb can be weaved into the loops of the trick weave. Upon removal from the machine, the flat material connected on 5-20 needles is pulled until it is twisted into one spiral. On the outer coil of the spiral, the material may be coated with polymer. It is possible to produce material on one or two-loop warp knitting machines.

On the warp knitting machine, threads 1 and 2 of two combs (FIGS. 1 and 2) are knitted with needles 3 and 4 with open or closed loops, and counter combs are laid together by weaving tights or its derivatives (cloth, charm, etc. ). When knitting, it is possible to use an additional thread 5 from the third comb, which is knitted with a tricot with masonry parallel to the masonry of thread 1 (Fig. 3). The thread to the warp knitting is the same, after in the longitudinal - the transverse knuckle, ce50 can be tucked into the 'ears of the comb with threads 1. An additional thread 5 can be fixed in loops and various weft webs (Figs. 4 and 5). Other options for suture structures are shown in FIG. 6,7,8 and 9. So, (Fig. 8) the suture material is connected from two main threads 1 and 2 by interlacing of tricot and two additional threads 6 and 7, performing counter masonry also by interlacing of tricot. It is advisable to knit suture material of increased strength on .5-20 needles. The edges of such material 8 are twisted from two sides 9 and 10 (figure 10). Upon removal from the machine, the material is pulled out until it is twisted into one spiral 11, (Fig. 11), after which the material can be coated with polymer 12 along the outer coil-spiral (Fig. 12). The material twisted into a spiral 11 and coated with polymer 12 is easily removed in cross section (Fig. 13), which, after tying up a surgical unit, precludes its sliding or dissolution.
The suture material was knitted on a warp knitting machine OV-8, class 26, from dacron yarn No. 200 and thermally stabilized. '
The method allows to obtain suture material with high tensile strength, which is soft, which contributes to high-quality knotting.
On one warp knitting machine with high productivity, a large amount of suture material can be obtained simultaneously. So, on a machine with 1,500 needles in a needle bed, when knitting one surgical thread on five needles, 300 ends of surgical threads can be obtained simultaneously.
