Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、カーカス及び／又はゴムで固めたコードから
成るベルト（Ｇｕｅｒｔｅｌ）　、とりわけ縁部の重な
り合った部分から出来ている織物（Ｔｅｘｔｉｌｇｅｗ
ｅｂｅ）から成るベルトとを備えた車両用空気タイヤに
関する。
このような構成は、帯状コード（Ｃｏｒｄｇｅｗｅｂｅ
ｂａｈｎｅｎ　）をコード線の所定の方向に作るためと
いうより、むしろゴムで固められた帯状コードが長手方
向に延びるすべての強度担持体−これは、ゴムで固めた
後横帯或いは斜め帯と分けられていなければならず、こ
れらは最終的に微かに重なり合って比較的長い帯にまと
まっている−となることから、必要である。
この重なり合い位置は、タイヤの製造の際、或いはタイ
ヤの稼働の際例えば他の領域と比較して、緊張したり（
Ｖｅｒｓｔｒａ＋＋ｍｕｎｇｅｎ）　、不規則にくびれ
たりする（　Ｅｉｎｓｃｈｎｕｅｒｕｎｇｅｎ）等の欠
点を必然的に伴う強度担持体の累積となる。
本発明は、重なり合い位置に対して設けられたコード線
の特別な構成によって前述の欠点を除去することを課題
としている。
この課題を解決するために本発明に基づき、重なり合い
領域に在るコード線が、隣接のコード線に対して高い捩
れを有するようにする。
このより大きく、より高い捩れはコード線の対応した増
大弾性捩れとなり、その結果それに応じた捩れと弾度の
値とが−これらは重なり合い位置と並んでいる織布（Ｇ
ｅｗｅｂｅ）の部分に相応している−直ちに達せられる
。
本発明の他の詳細は、本発明の実施例を示した図面によ
り以下に説明する。
タイヤのサイドウオール１は、主としてゴムから歳って
いる。そして該サイドウオールは二つのコード層（Ｃｏ
ｒｄｇｅｖｅｂｅｌａｇｅｎ）　２　、３によって強化
されており、その際両コード層２．３はタイヤのビード
個所（Ｗｕｌｓｔｐａｒｔｉｅ）の領域かサイドウオー
ルｌの下方領域においてのみ設けられている。一方で、
サイドウオールの残りの部位では通常の場合一つのコー
ド層のみ設けられていると了解される。コード層２．３
は部片４．５から出来ている。重なり合い位置は符号６
で示されている。該位置は、２〜４本の、図面において
は２本のコード線７がそれぞれ重なり合い位置に重なり
合うような幅を有していて、一方で重なり合い位置６の
両サイドには単層のみが設けられ′ている。
第２図から知られうるように、コード線７は重なり合い
位置６において比較的大きな捩れを有している。この捩
れは重なり合い位置６の両サイドに設けられたコード線
７に対する捩れ度合いよりも約１０〜３０％だけ大きく
なっている。その結果、重なり合い位置６の領域におけ
るくびれは実際上除斥され、重なり合い領域でのコード
線の本質的に高い弾性捩れが−例え二重にしようとも一
生ずることとなる。

Claims (4)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）カーカス及び／又はゴムで固めたコードから成る
    ベルト、とりわけ縁部の重なり 合った部分から出来ている織物から成るベ ルトとを備えた車両用空気タイヤにおいて、重なり合い
    領域に在るコード線（７）が、 隣接し、重なり合い領域にはないコード線 に対して著しく大きな捩れを有しているこ とを特徴とする車両用空気タイヤ。
  2. （２）捩れ度合いが１０〜３０％だけ大きくなっている
    ことを特徴とする特許請求の範 囲第１項記載の車両用空気タイヤ。
  3. （３）捩れ度合いが約２０％だけ大きくなっていること
    を特徴とする特許請求の範囲第 ２項記載の車両用空気タイヤ。
  4. （４）重なり合いの幅が実際上、２〜４本の、好ましく
    は２本のコード線（７）で規定さ れる幅領域に相応していることを特徴とす る特許請求の範囲第１項記載の車両用空気 タイヤ。
