Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （イ）産業上の利用分野 自動車等のフロントガラス上で使用する、直線運動ワイ
パーに関するものである。
（ロ）従来の技術 円運動ワイパーを直線運動にすると、視界が広がるが、
複雑で大がかりになるためと外見上の問題も関係して実
用にσ至りてなかりた。
ｅ）　発明が解決しょうとする問題点 視界を広げること？第一の目的とする直線運動ワイパー
。
に）問題点を解決するための手段 ラックと送電軌道を有するＣ形の軌道上を、ワイパーブ
レードを支えている軸上のビニオンが、モーターを駆動
源として自走するワイパー０ （ホ）作用 第１図と第２図に基づいて説明する。
上にσラック１３と軌道１２を、下にはラック１３と２
つの軌道１２と送電軌道１１を有する部分が軌道部人で
ある。
走行部Ｂは軸１の両端にビニオン２を固定し軸１上に軸
受４を介して円筒状の軸持部６がアシ、ワイパーブレー
ド持バネ７とワイパーブレード８を固定していて、両端
は、軌道１２上を通る、軌道案内部５を固定している。
下のピニオン２の中心はギヤートモ−ター３の軸を接続
しており、そのギヤートモ−ター３ば、２つの軌道案内
部５上のギヤートモ−ター袴部９に工つて固定さ扛てい
る。ギヤートモ−ター３上には、受電素子１０ケ固定し
ている〇 以上の走行部Ｂが軌道部Ａ上ケ運動する。
軌道部Ａ上の走行部固定装＃Ｃは、ワイパーを使用しな
い間、走行部Ｂが動き摩耗するのを防ぐための装置で、
構造は、２つのコイル１７．１８を買く固定軸１５に磁
性体の輸１６を固定し、薄板バネ１９も固定軸′１１５
の上に固定している。作動は、下のコイル１７に数秒通
電すると輸１６ｖｆ−引き寄せ、固定軸１５０円錐状の
先は、上はピニオン２の中心の凹部２０に、下は軌道案
内部５の中心の凹部２１に差し込み、その状態が薄板バ
ネ１９によりて保たｎる。
（へ）実施例 送電軌道１１に通電すると、上下のピニオン２ば、ギヤ
ートモ−ター３に工つて駆動さｎるため、軌道案内部５
に支えらｎて、走行部はラック１３と軌道１２を含む軌
道部Ａ上を直線運動する。
運動の向きと、速さけ、加える電極と電圧を変えること
によって行う。
ワイパーゲイｆ用しない間け、走行部固定装置１１ＣＶ
ｃニジ、走行部Ｂを軌道部Ａ上に固定する。
（ト）効果 視界が良くなる。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、ラックを有する上下の軌道上の軸の両端にピニオン
    があり、その軸上の軸受を持っている円筒状の筒の両端
    に軌道の案内部、内側にワイパーブレードがあり、その
    軸をモーターで駆動し運動することを特徴とするワイパ
    ー ２、特許請求の範囲第１項記載のワイパーの軌道の端に
    、ソレノイドを応用して、出たり入ったりする軸を、運
    動する部分の両端に差し込んで固定することを特徴とす
    る装置
