Duct equipment is expensive, and in commercial facilities equipped with a large number of grilling machines, not only the cost of the equipment but also its maintenance is a problem. This is because the oil in the flue gas adheres to the ducts and is difficult to clean, and there have also been cases where the oil has ignited and caused a fire.

As a result, it is possible to eliminate the need for ducts as smoke exhaust equipment,
A suction part is formed on the outside of the removable grill grate, and an opening (1) is provided in the combustion chamber formed on the side of the grill grate, and the suction part and the opening (11) are communicated through a communication part, while a fan and a removable fan are provided in the communication part. It is characterized by the provision of a heat-resistant catalyst.

is a housing fixed to the lower part of the opening 2 of the base plate l. 4
is located at the inner position, forms a part or all of an appropriate gap 5 between it and the housing 3, and is fixed lower than the fixing part 31 of the housing 3, forming a suction part 6 and communicating with the gap 5. It is. Reference numeral 7.7 is a burner having an appropriate blowout 11 narrowed on the side of a round tube, but of course the burner is not limited to this and any appropriate burner can be used. 18 is combustion auxiliary, burner 7
A plate body is removably installed in the air outlet, and the portion corresponding to the entire surface of the air outlet is cut and raised at appropriate intervals to form a large number of through holes and fins 2o. 8 is a grill, and a mounting plate 9 with one end suspended from the inner part 4
It is placed in the attachment/detachment port A1. It is preferable that the burner 7.7 is located outside the inner end 81 of the mounting plate 9 than the opening 1itX. Reference numeral 10 denotes a ventilation section provided inside the inner portion 4, which is connected to a communication section 11 provided on the outside of the housing 3. Reference numeral 12.12 designates an opening 11 provided in the ventilation portion 1o, which may be provided with a large number of through holes in the vicinity of the burner 7.7, or may be provided with a long groove. The opening 1112.12 is preferably provided at the burner 7.7L portion, but it may also be provided at the end portion. Reference numeral 13 is a wooden support provided at the bottom of the inner sleeve 4, which is formed so that it can be pulled out to one side. Reference numeral 14 denotes a combustion section, which is a space surrounded by burners 7.7 to 1-1 in the circular section 4, and a part of which is surrounded by the grill 8. One end of the communication section (3) communicates with the ventilation section 10, and the other end communicates with the fan 15, respectively. 18 is a smoke exhaust section, -11 is a gap 5, and the other end is connected to a fan 15. 16 is the thousand-ter of fan 15. The smoke exhaust section 18 may be not connected to the fan 15, or may be exhausted to the outside by another fan. 23 is a heat-resistant catalyst, which has the effect of purifying or absorbing harmful substances generated from various combustion equipment. An example of this is Panapur (trade name), an oxidation catalyst whose main component is manganese dioxide. The heat-resistant contact Is: 23 is the frame body 24.
24, the communication portion 11 is supported ξ so as to depend on the total +Ai. 22 is a heater, which is provided as needed, and is a heat-resistant catalyst 2.
This enhances the catalytic action of No. 3. In the figure, two heat-resistant catalysts 23 are used, but one may be used. Reference numeral 26 denotes a clamp that allows the cylindrical body 27 to be attached to and detached from the communication portion 11.
1 and is convenient for replacing the heat-resistant catalyst 23.

The gas released from the combustion chamber 14 burns in the combustion section 14 and heats the grill 8 above it. There, the pieces of meat 17, 17... placed on the grill 8)Z are grilled. At this time, the emitted smoke is sucked together with the air sucked by the suction section 6, and reaches the communication section 11 by the fan 15 via the gap 5 and the smoke exhaust section 18.

No smoke is emitted due to complete combustion. Therefore, there is no need to install a smoke evacuation device, and the equipment cost is low and maintenance is easy. Furthermore, the flame radiated from the burner 7.7 is caused by the air, etc. sent into the combustion part! The grilled meat is sent out toward the center of the grill 8 and spread below the grill 8, heating the grill 8 evenly and grilling the meat evenly.
