However, in the case of an exterior wall using tile blocks with such a conventional configuration, when looking at each tile block, each tile block must be placed in a single unit for each protrusion or fitting bulge on the face plate. This is simply a matter of positioning and supporting or fitting at one point, and since there is no particular means of firm attachment such as engagement, it may fall off by mistake during construction, resulting in extremely poor workability. Furthermore, since the entire back side of each tile block is in close contact with the surface of the face plate and there is no space at all, it not only lacks adhesion but also has poor cushioning properties against temperature gradients, so-called heat insulation properties. As a result, there are problems such as a decrease in adhesive strength due to seepage of rainwater, tile blocks falling off due to external heat such as fire, or failure to retain heat as an external wall. Met.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an exterior wall for a building using this type of tile block, which is easy to construct, has good heat insulation properties, and has a relatively simple structure.

In order to achieve the above object, the exterior wall of a building using the tile block according to the present invention has a dovetail-shaped engagement groove having wedge-shaped engagement grooves on the top and bottom of the inside, and is attached at least on the top and bottom of the back side. Formed to extend in the left and right direction at multiple locations,
and a tile block in which several grooves are formed between each of the engagement grooves, and the tile block is located at the upper and lower positions corresponding to each of the engagement grooves,
It is constituted by upper and lower engagement protrusions that engage the respective engagement grooves, and a face plate in which engagement protrusions each having a engagement groove in the upper engagement protrusion are formed in series in the left-right direction.

That is, in this invention, the plurality of attachments installed at predetermined intervals in the left and right direction on the building frame side are attached to the member.
First, each of the cut and raised protrusions locks and holds each of the locking grooves on the face plate, and then each of the locking grooves on the back side of the tile block is placed between the upper and lower engaging protrusions of each of the engaging protrusions on the face plate. By inserting and engaging the vertically engaging grooves of the grooves and bonding the surfaces of these face plates and the back surface of the tile block, the exterior wall of the intended building can be easily constructed.

A set or two engagement grooves are formed, and an uneven groove for forming a hollow part is provided between each engagement groove, but it is possible to form a plurality of engagement grooves and uneven grooves. In addition, although we have described the case in which the foundation members and attachment members are installed separately in advance on the building frame, these foundation members and attachments may be constructed as an integral part by the members themselves, and if the building frame is, for example, If it is a concrete wall, the foundation member may be omitted and the member may be installed directly on the concrete wall.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, when mounting a plurality of pieces on the building frame side, the members are installed at predetermined intervals in the left and right direction. On the other hand, since the face plate eyes are held in place by locking the locking grooves formed on each engagement convex portion of the face plate, separate fixing tools such as bolts are not required for the installation. It is extremely easy to do. In addition, dovetail-shaped engagement grooves extending in the left-right direction are formed at multiple locations on the upper and lower sides of the back side of the tile block, and the four wedge-shaped engagement grooves at the top and bottom of the inner side of the engagement grooves are connected to each engagement groove on the first plate. In addition to fitting into the upper and lower engaging protrusions that form the convex portion, the surface of these face plates and the back of the tile block are fixed with adhesive, and the tile block is attached at least in two places, the top and bottom, so the result is The upper engaging protrusion of the face plate is reinforced by the cut-and-raised protrusion of the mounting member, which provides sufficient strength to support the load of the tile block, as well as the accurate positioning of the tile block. It also allows for a firm attachment, improving construction workability and constant use.

Good and stable retention can be achieved, and even if the adhesive portion deteriorates, it can prevent it from peeling off. Furthermore, several uneven grooves are formed between each engagement recess on the back surface of the tile block, so when the face plate surface and the back surface of the tile block are bonded together, the grooves are formed between the two. The hollow spaces are formed individually and have excellent features such as the ability to significantly improve the heat insulation properties of the building exterior wall as a tile block exterior.

Although the present invention has been described in detail based on an embodiment in which the members are mounted on the base of the face plate, when the members are not used, the mounting is carried out by cutting and protruding pieces on the base material such as plywood or mortar. (1B) As a substitute, the same effect can be obtained by using nails or the like and locking the face plate thereon.
