DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application This invention relates to the exterior wall of a building using tile blocks, and more specifically, to the use of individual unit block pieces made of ceramic such as tiles and bricks as the exterior wall of a building. The installation of so-called tile blocks fixed to the frame of a building is related to the improvement of the exterior wall of a building, which is constructed by directly stretching and attaching the tile block to the member surface.

As shown in FIG. 7, a specific configuration for positioning and locking is to form folded protrusions (5) projecting at right angles at predetermined intervals on the surface of the face plate (1), The lower edge surface of each tile block (2) may be placed and supported on each of these folded protrusions (5), or as shown in FIG. , the lower inner corner of each tile block (2) may be similarly supported by each of the projecting ridges (6) having an XU-shaped cross section at predetermined intervals, or as shown in FIG. Face plate (1)
Each tile block (2) is formed at predetermined intervals on the surface of each tile block (2). ) is fitted into a trapezoidal recess (8) formed on the back surface of the plate for support.

However, in the case of an exterior wall using tile blocks with such a conventional structure, when looking at each tile block, each tile block is simply one for each protrusion or each fitting bulge on the first plate. Because they are simply positioned and supported or fitted at certain points, and no firm means of fastening such as engagement is taken, they may fall off by mistake during tensioning, resulting in extremely poor workability. Moreover, in order to install individual tile blocks, a face plate is always required as a reinforcing base, and on the other hand, the entire back side of the tile is tightly attached to the surface of the face plate, and there is no space at all. Therefore, they lack adhesion, and have problems such as a decrease in adhesion due to seepage of rainwater, and the tendency for individual tile blocks to fall off due to external heat such as fire.

Therefore, the purpose of this invention is to provide a relatively simple structure that can be attached to the i-side base of a building by attaching it to a member, attaching a face plate etc. directly without intervening a base, etc., and fixing it directly. To provide an exterior wall of a building using this type of tile block, which has good workability for laying the tile block, and does not peel off at all after being laid.

And an exterior part is integrally molded at different levels with respect to the main body part, and the main body part is attached on the surface side, and has dovetail-shaped engagement grooves having wedge-shaped engagement grooves on the upper and lower sides of the inside. A tile block formed to extend in the left-right direction, an engagement piece that engages the upper engagement groove, and a engagement piece that faces the lower engagement groove are cut and raised at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction. The mounting member is provided with a member, and the mounting member is fixed to the building frame surface so as to extend vertically at predetermined intervals in the left and right direction, and each of the mounting members is attached to the engagement piece of the member, and each of the tiles is attached to the engaging piece of the member. The block is characterized in that the upper engaging grooves of the block are engaged with each other, and a fixing key is driven between the locking piece and the lower engaging groove to fix the block.

That is, in this invention, the attachments extending vertically at predetermined intervals in the left-right direction on the building frame surface fix the member, and the attachment includes upper and lower engagement pieces cut and raised on the member at predetermined intervals; Since the upper and lower engaging grooves of the tile block are engaged and fixed between the locking pieces, when installing each tile block on the same body surface, the installation is done only through the intervention of members, especially the face plate. Without the need for a reinforcing base covering the entire surface of the tiling surface, each tile block is positioned accurately so that the parts overlap each other, and the installation is firmly and securely fixed so that it will not fall off afterwards. It can be done.

Further, based on the fixed position of this first tile block (9), the upper engagement groove (10a) of the next tile block (8) to be adjacent to the same row, that is, the other engagement piece (13b) in this case, is inserted. In this way, each of the above-mentioned attachments is performed using the engaging pieces (13a), (13b) and the locking pieces (14a), (1) on the member (12).
When each tile block (9) is successively stretched on 4b), each tile block (11) in the same row and adjacent to each other in the left and right direction (7) has an engaging piece (13a), (1
3b) and the locking pieces (14a), (14b) are linked and fixed by the engagement of the engagement groove (10) and the driving of the fixing key (15), and these are fixed in the vertical and horizontal directions. Each tile block (9) adjacent to each other has one overlapping part, that is, the main body part (8a) and the exterior part (θb)
Due to the difference in the spacing (A) and (B) given to the two, they overlap each other and form a good bond, and there is no need for bonding with adhesive or filling with joint material as in the past. Stable tensioning can be done effectively and easily.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, a plurality of attachments extending vertically at predetermined intervals in the left and right directions on the base of the building frame are provided with members, and each of these attachments is provided with a member. Since each tile block is directly installed and fixed on the surface, there is no need for a face plate that serves as a reinforcing base unlike conventional methods, and the strong installation that can sufficiently support the load weight of the tile blocks provides strength. In addition, a dovetail-shaped engagement groove extending in the left-right direction is formed on the back side of the tile block, and the upper engagement groove of this engagement groove is attached to the engagement piece of the member. Since the hook is locked and a fixing key is driven in and fixed between the lower engagement groove and the locking piece, each tile block can be stretched stably in a well-positioned state without using adhesives. Furthermore, since the exterior parts of adjacent tile blocks that are staggered are overlapped with each other, the same blocks can be closely connected to each other, and for example, they can be stretched as needed. It is even possible to curve the entire surface into an arc,
In addition, there is no risk of tile blocks falling off during construction, and the work does not require any skill, making it extremely easy to install and effectively improving work efficiency. It has the following.
