[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to an exterior wall of a building using tile blocks, and more specifically, to the use of individual units made of ceramic such as tiles and bricks as the exterior wall of a building. This invention relates to the improvement of the exterior wall of a building, which is constructed by attaching block pieces, so-called tile blocks, to a face plate fixed to the building frame.

In each figure of these conventional examples, the structure of the exterior wall of the building is as follows: 1. A face plate (1) made of a metal plate formed into a predetermined shape is appropriately fixed to the outer surface of the building frame (not shown).
Individual tile blocks (2) on the surface of this faceplate (1)
The tile blocks are then bonded with adhesive (3) leaving a predetermined joint between them, and the joint between each tile block (2) is filled with a joint material (0) such as self-cement and solidified.

Each folded protrusion (5) is formed to protrude at right angles at a predetermined interval, and the lower edge surface of each tile block (2) is placed on and supported by each folded protrusion (5). Or, as shown in Fig. 7, the lower part of each tile block (2) is attached to each embossed ridge (e) that has an iU-shaped cross section at predetermined intervals on the surface of the face plate (1). The inner corners may be similarly supported, or as shown in FIG. 8, fitting bulges (7) bulge out at predetermined intervals with a trapezoidal cross section on the surface of the face plate (1). The trapezoidal recess (8) formed on the back surface of each tile block (2) is fitted into and supported by each of these fitting bulges (7).

However, in the case of an exterior wall using tile blocks with such a conventional configuration, when looking at each tile block, each tile block is simply one for each protrusion or each fitting bulge on the face plate. Because they are simply positioned and supported or fitted at certain points, and no firm means of fastening such as engagement is taken, they may fall off by mistake during tensioning, resulting in extremely poor workability. Moreover, the entire back side of each tile block is tightly attached to the surface of the face plate, and there is no space at all, so it lacks adhesion, and the adhesion strength may decrease due to rainwater seeping through. Due to external heating such as fire,
This method had problems such as the tendency for individual tile blocks to peel off.

Therefore, the purpose of this invention is to provide good workability for laying tiles, to prevent the tiles from peeling off after installation, and to be relatively easy to install directly to the base of the building frame. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an exterior wall for a building using this type of tile block with a unique structure.

In order to achieve the above object, the exterior wall of a building using the Ruri 1 Rublock according to the present invention has dovetail-shaped engagement grooves having wedge-shaped engagement grooves on the upper and lower inner sides, and is attached on the front side. A tile block formed to extend in the left-right direction, and a face plate formed with a series of engagement projections in the left-right direction consisting of engagement protrusions that engage the respective engagement grooves, and the face plate is mounted in a predetermined manner. The tile block is directly mounted and fixed to the building frame side base using a fixing device, and each of the vertical engagement grooves of the tile block is inserted and engaged between each of the upper and lower engagement protrusions on this face plate. It is characterized by:

That is, in this invention, the face plate is directly fixed to the building frame side base using a fixing tool for predetermined attachment to the integral side base of the building, thereby making it possible to position the face plate on the building frame side base and It can be installed securely, and between the upper and lower engaging protrusions of each engaging protrusion on the face plate,
By engaging and fixing each of the upper and lower engaging grooves on the back side of the tile block, it is possible to perform reliable and effective tensioning of the tile block onto the face plate so that it will not come off later.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, a tile block is installed on the ant-sided base of a building by preparing a face plate that serves as a reinforcing base, and directly attaching this face plate to the entire surface of the cladding part using an appropriate fixing device. Since the installation is fixed, it is possible to completely omit supporting members such as rafters, which are normally required on the base surface of the building frame for installing tile blocks, and the structure is strong enough to support the weight of the tile blocks. A dovetail-shaped engagement groove extending in the left-right direction is formed on the back side of the tile block, and the upper engagement groove of this engagement groove is attached to the face plate. Since the hook is engaged with the upper engagement protrusion of the formed engagement convex part, and the fixing key is driven and fixed between the lower engagement groove and the lower engagement protrusion, each tile block is fixed using an adhesive or the like. It can be installed stably in a well-positioned state without any problems, preventing subsequent peeling, and there is no risk of the tile block falling off during construction, and it does not require any skill. It has excellent features such as being extremely easy to construct and effectively improving workability.
