Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 「産業上の利用分野」 本発明は物品の包装又は梱包に用いるクッション材に関
するものである０ 「従来の技術Ｊ 縦来のクッション材は４個のコーナークッション片を独
立的に４隅角部に用いたため取扱い又は使用に不便であ
った。従って底板の４隅角部に１体にコーナー材を設け
たが、このようにすると取扱いや使用には便であるがそ
の運搬格納に際し積重体積が嵩張り、運搬格納費を軽減
することが困難であった。
「発明が解決しようと−る問題点」 本発明は底板の４隅角部に１体にコーナー材を設けたク
ッション材の積重体積を軽減しようとするものである。
［問題点を°解決するための手段」　・本発明は方形板
の４隅角部に同板の直交辺縁に沿って上方に起立するコ
一方−クッション片を設け、かつ上記直交辺縁を２辺と
する直角３角形の底辺に沿って上記４隅角部に折曲線を
形成し、同折曲線を境に上記クッション片が下方に折曲
げられるよう形成されていることを特徴とするクッショ
ン材によって構成される。
「作用」 従って方形物品の底部４隅角部をそれぞれ本発明の上記
コーナークッション片に底合し、同物品の底面を本発明
の方形板で支持して包装箱内に収容又は梱包して上記方
形物品を格納運搬する。上配力形物品には建築物の床面
用方形タイルを複数枚積重したもの等である。そして上
記クッション材を製造業者がユーザーに輸送するに際し
、上記４隅角部に形成した折曲線からコーナークッショ
ン片を下方に折曲げ、かつその状態で方形板を表裏（上
下）反転するとコーナークッション片は方形板の４Ｖ４
に隆起し同方形板の中央部を床面に接することができる
。従って同方形板の中央部を順次重ねると４３ｉ１！の
隆起クッション片も下段のものに嵌合して重ねられるた
め上下段間に間、隙少なく積重することができるもので
ある。
「実施例Ｊ 段ボール板による長方形板又は正方形板１の４隅角部２
をパイプモールドによる直交３面３．４．５を有するコ
ーナークッション片６の一面５にそれぞれ重合接着し同
板１の直交辺縁７．８に沿って上記直交２而３．４を同
板１の上方に起立させるものである（第１図にその状態
を示す）。上記方形板１の４隅角部２にはそれぞれ上記
直交辺縁７．８を２辺とする直角３角形の底辺に沿って
折曲線９を形成し、同折曲線９を境に上記クッション片
６が下方に折曲げられるように形成する。（これを反転
した状態を第２図に示す。又第４図に示すように方形板
１とコーナークッション片６とをパイプモールドによっ
て一体に成形することができるが、この場合はコーナー
クッション片６の一面が方形板１の４隅角部２そのもの
を形成する。
尚図中１０で示すものはコーナークッション片６の直交
３面３．４．５即ち当り面間に形成した弾性溝、第４図
中１１は方形板１の中央部上面に形成した隆起受面、第
１図中１２は接着剤である。
従って上記方形板１を表裏反転して床面１．３に載置す
ると方形板１の中央部が床面１３に接し４隅のクッショ
ン片６は第２図に示すように折曲線９から折曲げられて
上方に隆起するからこれを第３図に示すように積重ねて
線掛けし、ユーザーに輸送することができる。
「効果」 本発明は上述のように構成したので、方形板１と４隅角
部２のコーナークッション片６とが一体に形成されて方
形物品（被包装物）の底面及び底部４隅角部を容易に被
覆保護し得て使い易φクッション材が得られるばかりで
なく、間隙少なく積重し得て高張ることがないため輸送
費を軽減し得る効果かある。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本発明のクッション材を示す斜視図、第２図は
同りッション拐の表裏反転状態の斜視図、第３図は反転
クッション材積重状態正面図、第４図はバルブモールド
一体成形クッション材の斜視図である。 １・・方形板、２・・隅角部、７．８・・直交辺縁、６
・・コーナークッション片、９・・折曲線。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）方形板の４隅角部に同板の直交辺縁に沿つて上方
    に起立するコーナークッション片を設け、かつ上記直交
    辺縁を２辺とする直角３角形の底辺に沿つて上記４隅角
    部に折曲線を形成し、同折曲線を境に上記クッション片
    が下方に折曲げられるよう形成されていることを特徴と
    するクッション材。
