Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) モールドケースにモールドされ、かつ放熱
板を備える半導体部品を有し、前記モールドケー
スを印刷配線基板に装着させると共に、これらの
印刷配線基板ならびに放熱板を装置ケースに実装
させて構成するモジユール形半導体装置において
、前記モールドケースの上面四隅部には、係合高
さ位置を設定した係着ピンをそれぞれに植設させ
、また前記印刷配線板の該当部分には、各係着ピ
ンを係合し得る係着穴をそれぞれに形成させ、こ
れらの係着穴に係着ピンを係合固定させて組立て
し得るようにしたことを特徴とするモジユール形
半導体装置。 (2) 係着ピンには、印刷配線板の下面側を突き
当てる取付け座、および上面側に係合する取付け
顎を、それぞれに形成させたことを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のモジユール形
半導体装置。
