    波路、この光導波路に電圧を印加するための電圧
    印加用電極および位相調整用電極を備えた複数の
    分岐干渉型光変調器、 基板上のマツハツエンダ型光導波路に導入する
    光を発生する光源、 分岐干渉型光変調器のマツハツエンダ型光導波
    路から出力される光をそれぞれ電気信号に変換す
    る光電変換素子、 光電変換素子の出力信号をそれぞれ所要のレベ
    ルで弁別するコンパレータ、および 基板上に形成され、かつ分岐干渉型光変調器の
    電圧印加用電極に接続された、アナログ光信号か
    らそれに対応する起電力を発生する光起電力素子
    、 を備えた光A/D変換装置。
