    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ３値以上の変調信号でレーザー光を変調する電
    気光学光変調器と、この電気光学光変調器の出力
    光を電気信号に変換する光電変要素子と、この光
    電変換素子により検出された３値以上の信号の中
    間値を規準値と比較する比較部と、この比較部か
    らの比較誤差信号で上記３値以上の変調信号のレ
    ベルを制御する変調制御部とを備えたことを特徴
    とする光変調装置。
