Claims (1)
- 光信号を受信する受光素子と、この受光素子に
光信号を検出するための逆バイアス電圧を与える
電圧源と、前記受光素子に印加されている逆バイ
アス電圧を検出し基準電圧と比較するコンパレー
タと、このコンパレータの出力に基づいて受光素
子に印加するための出力電圧を変換して設定する
電圧設定手段と、から構成した光送受信機の受光
回路。
